Very expensive. At my house 35 minutes and charged me $351. Replaced two brackets they supplied and took off and relocated a horizontal aluminum cross member and took old cross member with them. Replaced 3 screws in wood outside the door. They know their business and got the job done!

I submitted a request after 9:30 pm on Thursday night and got a call back within a couple minutes and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. They came out within the designated time frame and explained the cause of the issue. They worked quickly to get it resolved and explained what some next steps may be due to the inefficient set up that existed before. I would use them again in the future.

I submitted my request at 7:30 a.m. on a Saturday morning and within 5 minutes I received a phone call! They came out and diagnosed the root cause of the issue and performed all the repairs. They were helpful and went above and beyond what I was expecting. I would hire them again.

I had a few more problems than expected with my garage door fix, but was satisfied that they recognized the immediate problem and appreciated their concern for potential problems that should be addressed. I did spend more than I expected, but it was my choice to avoid potential issues and I do not regret having them taken care of.

Have an issue where the garage door will sometimes only open 50% or so. Nice guys and professional. Super quick and punctual! To be fair they did not quite know what the underlying issue was. Which could be common to garage doors, I certainly do not know. They Suggested replacing the spring system. $542 for about an hour. Work went well I think it just did not fix the issue. So on my end, I am where I started per se but with a new spring system and a still occasionally non-working garage door. Suggested replacing the opener itself but still no promise things would work after that. So mostly left in the dark is how I would summarize I feel.
