This was such a great junk-removal company and I can't say enough good things about 24/ Seven Junk Removal! I sent them photos of the room that needed to be cleared out and they sent me a quote range right away. We scheduled the date and time for the job. They were very punctual, even a little early. This room was rented by a relative of mine who was a hoarder and unable to fully care for himself and his cat. It was a disaster and a mess! Luis and his partner came in and cleared it right out. They were efficient and non-judgmental. We so appreciated their kindness and care. They get my highest recommendation!

We used the yelp app to get three quotes, Luis from 24/Seven was the most responsive and thoughtful (I took a bit to get back since our kids are emotionally tied to the playset we are having removed). They arrived first thing this morning (I had asked for an early slot)—they were extremely polite and professional. They managed to get the job completed so quickly—the staff of two was done within 30 minutes. In terms of bid just a bit shocked at how on point of a timing estimate they were able to make based on the picture. One person came back and said he’ll provide an estimate once coming to do the job, Busby quoted 40% higher then their quote and JMJ Junk Removal was about four times higher than their quote (the person who contacted me conceded he could try to come closer but would need to see to assess). If I ever have something in the future would just contact them directly. Great firm.
