The team at 24 Seven were great! Candace and Diana were prompt in their response and arranged the appointment swiftly. 5 stars to Robert the plumber who put in the extra hard work and determination to remedy my plumbing issue. It should have been fairly routine drain cleanout but proved to be a bit of a pain and Robert’s expertise, patience and determination shined. He was polite and respectful. Prompt and efficient. I would certainly call them again. Now I can use my bathroom sink again without worry!

Diana called me quickly and set up a visit by Robert, who arrived within the hour and replaced our old toilet with the new one. He was friendly, fast, and thorough, and even carried the old toilet outside the house for recycling. Five stars, thanks a million!

They came on time, did the work as required.

The gentleman Roberto was so professional. He is also very detailed oriented. He took his time. His work was neat and clean and top notch. He was very informative, super knowledgeable and informed us about other services that are available threw the company . He is a true asset to this company from the emergency we had to the phone calls to diana and mutiable calls (in the evening)candice was so patient.So the both locations that we had simultaneously had leaks and were serviced, we literally had two emergencies and two location, and the company handled it, In the future if there's any other plumbing to be done I will be calling them back. Great service, great customer service and great work. They say word-of-mouth is 10 times the Meda So if anybody's looking for a plumber, I'm gonna give them this company's information. I was overall satisfied and very pleased with the both jobs that were done. ♥️

after many failures / i hit "GOLD" !!! ... i will NEVER allow anyone else work on my plumbing (nor hire anyone else to do my COOP) - the work was PHENOMENAL - professional - respectful - knowledgeable - and very respectful of property !!! - DON't look any further - safe yourself the aggravation i've experienced in "trying" MANY ... call - you won't be sorry

The toilet repair seems to be great! We will continue to watch to see if there is any leakage, then we will have come back.

Was happy with them until they lied and told me the job would take six hours even though the actual plumber told me it would take a half hour. I assume this was to justify charging me $1300+, however, low and behold the job only took 45 minutes. No one stayed to monitor for leaks for 6 hours as I was told needed to be done. Feel ripped off and no one can explain why they charge me essentially $1800 per hour for the work performed.

Company was responsive, and provided a quote over the phone after describing the issue and sending photos. The plumber came promptly within the time slot promised. He was polite, removed his shoes, went right to work, removing pull out cabinetry as needed to replace leaky pipe fixtures. He replaced everything as he found it. Highly recommend.

They were affable and trusting, which made me feel comfortable. The prices were reasonable, and they got the job done.
