Paid for the service on Angies List, called several times, they never called back, never showed up, never made an attempt to honor the service I paid for. Do not hire them.

Originally hired 24X7 to do a maintenance and safety update, but when Victor saw the door he told me it was installed incorrectly. I replaced the door just a few years ago with another contractor. Victor recommended I call the back to request they replace the spring (wrong size for the door) and change the placement of the 'J bar'. The original contractor denied having installed the door, so I called Victor and 24X7 to fix the issues. He was out promptly and did a great job. I highly recommend him for his knowledge and professionalism.

It went well. They arrived on time, seemed quite knowledgeable, and did not make an effort to sell me anything. I learned about how much longer my garage door opener should last (it is about 13 years old) and what, when the time came, type of garage door opener they suggested. The only little thing I would have like to have them look at was the overhead light that is tied to opening and closing of the door. I explained that when I changed the light bulb the light no longer came on. They gave me some suggestions on what might be wrong. I thought it would have been nice if they would have given it a quick look as part of the Tune Up.

Got a call from home at 10:30am that garage door wouldn't open and the car was stuck inside. By the way, it was carpool day for the neighborhood kids, so that might make pickup a challenge! Looked up a local provider on Angie's List, found 24x7 Garage Door Repair, and got in touch with one of the employees right away. Our garage door had two new springs and the car was free to escape by 12:30pm the same day. Thanks to the guys who got out and fixed us up so quick!

Very well. Garage door is much quieter after replacing the rollers. This was $149 over and above the initial $39 deal.

Went quick and well.....Lubricated the door and got the squeak out....Found out that the door installer used a smaller than needed spring, but was doing ok and no need to replace.....Very pleasant.....Will use again and will call if something breaks.........

Fabulous!!! The company, 24x7 ProService, was over-the-top. I am new to Angie's List and this is the first time I've used a company referred by Angie's List, and it was a wonderful experience. 24x7 ProService was everything you want a company to be. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, trustworthy, quality work, customer service oriented and competent. They explained what the problem was and the pricing, and gave options with no hard sell. The company's price was very reasonable, and the parts and service were high quality. Nathan did a beautiful job making the repairs and made sure he left everything clean. While Nathan was making the repairs, his father answered all of my questions about maintaining a garage door, different types of garage doors and how/where to buy a garage door. It was professional information that you can't get asking at a big box store. I felt so very confident in agreeing to the repairs because Nathan and his father's demeanor was so trustworthy. I will definitely use 24x7 ProService for any maintenance and to replace my garage door next year.

Vic and Nate arrived on time, were very professional. Explained garage door mechanics. Lubricated door rollers and tightened door frame. Door now lifting quieter.

Well. They showed how the springs were bent. This caused the garage door opener to work harder. It also could cause the springs to break. Had the springs replaced.

Response to setup an appointment was quick and efficient. The owner of the company was on time, friendly and completed the work to our satisfaction. There was an additional cost incurred as our garage door has more rollers than what was covered under the tuneup services. A glitch did occur with payment as I had prepaid for the service, but did not tell my wife - assumed that would be clear to the contractor at the point of service. When the service was completed, contractor asked for payment (evidently not so clear to the contractor). I called a couple of days later about the double payment and they cleared it up immediately - even refunded the additional cost due to the inconvenience! Things sometimes don't go right when dealing with service companies. What's impressive is the effort made to correct the issue. I highly recommend 24x7 proservice if you have a need for garage door services.

Victor and Richard were very quick to respond to my call. The one thing that really caught my eye was the punctuality and professionalism. I honestly thought I had to get a new garage door because it was pretty bad. Victor and Richard took a couple minutes to look at the damage and went right to work to fix the door. They saved me over $1,000 by repairing the door instead of just saying you need a new door. After they fixed the door they really took there time to make sure the door was working properly and that it was safe to use. I would recommend this company to all of my family, thank you Victor and Richard.
