Had my roof replaced following after some hsil damage. They were very prompt and quickly removed the old roof and replaced with new shingles. Unfortunately I’ve had several leaks that are still an issue. The leak is around a pvc vent pipe. A repairman came out after I first saw the issue and applied caulk which Sterling told me was not a good solution. He was right because it is still leaking and I have a stained ceiling from the water that has come into my attic.

After the terrible hailstorm in Lubbock in June 2025 we met Tony Parker. He did a survey of our damage and from that day Tony walked us through every step to our new amazing roof we have today and helped with all interactions with our insurance company. He has been very helpful and attentive in every phase of the process. Tony made us feel like we were working with a trusted friend. If I could, I would give this company 10 stars. We had a seemingly impossible situation, but Jay and The Roofer Direct did what we consider magic and got our roof replaced even though insurance had turned us down before they got invollved, which is where the magic came in. Jay and the whole crew did exactly what they said they would do at the time they said they would, even taking extra care and caution of my Koi pond that is next to our house. We couldn't be more pleased and thankful for them!!

The Roofer Direct is the definition of customer service and their team goes out of their way to make sure you are taken care of from beginning to end. We had a lot of wind damage on our roof. We need a full roof replacement. The installation of our roof was an undertaking as almost all of our decking was not to code and needed replacing. They worked with the insurance company to get that paid for as well!! They worked hard and fast to get our roof system put back with quality being number one. Continues with an extremely thorough cleanup. I cannot recommend The Roofer Direct enough and if you want a roofer that goes out of their way to make sure you are taken care of until the job is done there is only one call you need to make.

I had a couple leaks after a recent storm. Two neighbors highly recommended The Roofer Direct and gave me their number. Austin was very responsive, knowledgeable and respectful. He walked us through all the processes, kept us informed along the way. The install crew worked very fast, and Austin addressed every concern. . After the work was done, the roof looks great and they cleaned up extremely well. 5 Stars over all!!!

I highly recommend The Roofer Direct. They re-shingled our main roof and installed rubber roofing on a porch. I thought the job would take a week but it was done in a day and a half, and my yard was clean. I will give five stars to the roofing installation services. Thank you for performing the roof replacement as promised in a timely manner. The crew was very hard working and efficient. New asphalt shingles look absolutely fabulous and the Z ridge makes my house the best looking on the block. Would definitely use them again if needed.

We used The Roofer Direct after hail damage for complete roof and gutter replacement. We ended up referring them to the entire neighborhood. They were incredibly responsive, highly knowledgeable and honest. We are very happy with the end result. Can't say enough wonderful things about this company.

It's tough finding good contractors these days but I was very impressed with The Roofer Direct. They installed a new a HIGH QUALITY roof with all the bells and whitsles and the crew that came out was efficient, fast, completed the job with no issues, they left my yard so clean you'd never even know we had work done. I would definitely recommend it ! No complaints. From the initial inspection, through till completion, I was in good hands with a company who knew what they were doing and took pride in their work.

This company took care of the entire roofing installation which was old and damaged due to a storm. Austin, was very knowledgeable & helpful and patiently explained to us the insurance process.. After it was scheduled, the crew came-in right on time and completed the work, all our questions were patiently answered. The end result is I love my new roof and I am extremely pleased. Crew were arrived early Thursday morning and finished the complete roof by late Friday morning. Friendly, hard working crew. Scott communicated with us several times. They replace existing roof and cleaning garage roof. The employee was very expert and quickly. The worksite was left clean. My roof is better than when originally installed. They went above my expectations.
