I hired Matt to enhance an existing French drain by adding grates and a gutter to divert the water flow into the swale. He also dug up some of the existing solid pipes and replaced them with accordion-style pipe covered in a sock, as he informed us that would increase our drainage capabilities. He and his helper came out and performed the job over several weeks. However, at what was supposed to be the time of the job completion a hurricane was supposed to hit and he never returned to seal all the joints on the gutters nor clear out the end of the drainage pipe. One grate was installed too close to the ground And Is now filled with sand which is blocking the water flow. The work was supposed to be completed after the hurricane, which was in November. Now, it is February and he has been ignoring my texts and calls since then. I was not at the house when he told me the job was complete, so I assumed it was. Based on his information, I went ahead and paid him the remaining balance. I am not expecting any reimbursement, I just want him to complete the job and return here as he promised.

2 A T construction did an amazing job installing my interior tile and carpet. He helped me choose what would be best as an upgrade to my sad and outdated flooring. For a home I was about to list, I needed something that would be a soft complementary contour to a home he recently installed new bathroom tile in. He was always on time and the job was completed ahead of schedule with seamless presentation. This was no small job! Thank you again for your quality work and professionalism.
