2 C's Appliance Repair

I was so happy with the service I received by choosing 2-C's to fix my dryer. Craig explained everything to me and I felt confident that he knew what he was doing. He was fair and honest. I would certainly call in the future if I needed repair of any appliance and I would recommend him to others.

Craig was prompt. Knew problem had piece to fix issue and had oven up and functional in 1hour. Also provide other appliance maintenance tips. Extremely professional and fast at completing job

Quick to respond and honest. The dishwasher didn't leak when he came. figured we weren't shutting the door properly (we've had it for almost 10 years). Since I have been very careful in closing the door - It hasn't leaked since. Appreciate that he was honest and didn't try to pull the wool over my eyes. Lot of money to learn I wasn't shutting the door right, but - it was only fair, I paid for his time to come and assess the problem.

Craig called me one half hour prior to arriving, as agreed, to let me know that he was on his way. Once at my home, he carefully diagnosed the problem with the dishwasher, answered my questions, and proceeded to to make the necessary repair, in a cost-effective and ethical manner. In addition, he provided me with some maintenance tips to maximize the performance of the dishwasher. When I need future appliance repairs, 2 C's will be my first call. Nice job, Craig!

Jim was able to fit me in quickly. He gave me a 2 hour time frame, which was nice because it was my day off. He called to let me know he'd be about 15 min. late. Our appliance was a dishwasher which wasn't emptying . Jim pulled out a couple things that may have been blocking the drain, he gave us good information, cleaned the stcky start button. Instead of telling us sokething was wrong, when really there didn't seem to be anything wrong. I appreciate his integrity, and prompt curteous service! For a $75 service fee, have a dishwasher that is working the way it should- would use again!
