Based on the workmanship, I'm shocked that he is licensed.

I would highly recommend Todd and Kelly for any contracting job that you may need. I have used them for several years now and on multiple projects. From small repairs in Real Estate deals to larger jobs, such as a House Flip. They have always been very accommodating with my schedule and time fame. They have always shown up in clean attire, do amazing work and have left the job site clean after their work has been completed! One of the last real estate deals that we worked on together, the Buying agent was so impressed with Todd's work they called me months after the Sale has closed just to get his number for projects she had on other properties. I can not say enough nice things about this Company!

For our porch addition, the contractor wrote a proposal, which we accepted. He changed the wording in the contract after work began. The proposal called for plywood; he installed OSB board WITHOUT CONSULTING US ( It s cheaper , he said.) The owner proceeded to mislead us about what he would do, performed change orders on work we had already agreed to without consulting us, and did not do some detail work he had promised. HE PROMISED A ROLLED ROOFING THAT WOULD OVERLAP INTO THE EXISTING SHINGLES. The roofing system HE SUBSTITUTED required a waterproof peel & stick sheet, followed by a mesh and sealer coat. He installed the roof without the necessary waterproofing sheet. The roof is not a roof system without this component; its useful life is completely reduced because of this mistake (or was it intentional?). His original proposal called for rolled roofing, which he did not install. He installed the wrong lighting fixture and never consulted us until after he had finished the install. His comment, I guess I should have told you. He promised to seal the shingle roof connecting to the porch two courses up; he never did that. HE PROMISED TO REPLACE THE FIRST COURSE OF EXISTING SHINGLES. HE DID NOT. He did not fix leaks as promised. He cut corners without consulting us. He lied to Home Advisor and never made things right. I would caution all potential clients-DO NOT USE this contractor!

We were very satisfied. He was timely and finished on schedule. His work is top notch.
