Alicia returned my call quickly. When she visited my home she had some great landscaping ideas and was a big help in planning what I needed done. We have already discussed future projects. Her crew was very efficient and helpful when the work was being completed. She is my permanent landscaper now!

Thanks to Alicia and her amazing team, my weedy side yard and my nondescript back yard are now show places. The sprinkler system they put in is working so well, I have asked them to come back and install a similar system in the front. I could not be happier with the job they have done.

Fabulous job! Professional, speedy. I told her what I was looking for, and she told me exactly what I wanted and nailed it. Not only do I recommend, but I will call again for a future project.

I requested a $1700 refund under threat of lawsuit and Alicia delivered cash on the last day. Summary: After reading the positive reviews I can only conclude that they can do some easy things. They did not do a very good job, took a long time, did not complete the work, do not communicate well and are unprofessional. Left a broken sprinkler head unconnected sitting in the yard as if had been repaired. I just turned on the sprinkler - water geyser out of the ground. These guys are awful. Details Alicia is personable and speaks well but don't let that fool you. While she responded positively to the additional things I wanted to be done, she apologizes a lot ... for good reason. She is not professional in her approach to business and her staff do not speak English or understand that the job site is NOT their property. She does not spend much time on the job site so if there is something you would like from them, such as to not park in your driveway blocking you into your garage, it takes a while to get them to understand they need to move. The project estimate was in a text message; I had to translate it into an understandable form and get her to acknowledge it, which took repeated attempts to get clarity. She called me at 10:30 at night wanting an incremental payment the very next morning by 8 am, in cash. I was charged more than the estimate once; it was later corrected when I pointed it out due to my having prepared a structured estimate from her text messages. Requests for immediate payment at odd times were the norm. I had to prepare receipts for the payments since apparently, that is not something she does. Timing and expectations were not communicated clearly or timely. We discussed the project at length and I had to get a number of things confirmed in writing on my own initiative, going back to her repeatedly. She took no notes at any time as we discussed the project. The first grass installation had to be removed because the wrong type of grass was installed! Her staff is not professional. Since she is not around most of the day - I work at home so I was present 98% of the time during the project - the one guy on the job spent a lot of his time looking at his phone. Staff arrives at random. The staff does not arrive prepared to work. One guy spent multiple intervals sharpening tools with a grinder at my backdoor. He left metal filing grinding debris, mud tracked all over the patio, trashcan can drag away, old drainage pipe left in my flowerbed, etc. I told Alicia about her crew - no response from her. At one point all the outlets on my back porch were in use for their phones. Trees were put in okay with a new bed created. Removing plants and mulching went well (we'll see what was really removed next spring). A drainage line and box was installed and tied to the existing drain line to the street - that is okay. The sod removal and new sod installation were not done properly - my fault for not investigating enough. The sod removal was done by hand and not deep enough, leaving plant roots in the ground. Alicia and her helpers did a great job. She's got a great eye for design and made my little low-maintenance patio look great. I've got some other projects in mind for her soon including lighting and some treatment to the concrete floor of my patio. I look forward to working with her again.

Alicia came to my house and met with me to see my project right away. She was very professional and they did an outstanding job.

I hired them and initially gave a good rating, but I am updating it because the job was never finished despite them coming out and measuring, knowing how many SF of sod was needed, etc. They promised to "return tomorrow" to finish the job, but never did. I corresponded with her 2 or 3 times and only got, "give me until end of the day tomorrow" - and they never came back to finish the job. Additionally, they were late for the initial meeting, then very late the day the work was to be done, and then as reported above, never returned to actually finish the work. I paid them in full, in cash -- which I regret. I informed them the day the initial work was done that the sod they put down was basically dead, but they said, "it needs watering" -- so after 4 weeks of watering I have about 40% grass, 40% dead and 20% bare ground. Absolutely NOT what I paid for.

Would assume very small company with limited crew/resources so initial completion date not met. Fortunately that not critical in my case. Alicia very accommodating for initially meeting and planning job. Cost proposed was kept within my budget. Overall very satisfied with improvement to yard. We are selling home so this should give us some curb appeal.

2 Gals did an amazing job! They were prompt, professional and thorough! I would hire them again and would recommend them.

Alicia & Stephanie did a fantastic job cleaning my 3 decks and removing some bad wood on one of the decks! They are hard workers, very detailed and take pride in their work! I will hire them again for sure! I would gave given them all 10's but the scale just went to 5! Thanks very much Gals!!!
