My kitchen project was supposed to start in March, then it became April, then May, then finally Kevin stopped responding to my texts, calls, and emails asking for updates. Taking matters into my own hands, I found out that the kitchen cabinet order I had paid a $14,000 deposit for was canceled by the manufacturer and instead of letting me know, this contractor just ghosted me. I finally got a response, and an agreement, when I emailed about canceling the project and asking for a refund on my deposit. And then I was ghosted again. It is been 5 weeks with no refund and no responses to my calls, texts, or emails. Buyer beware if you do business with this contractor.
