Not good! Too expensive! Not a good job.

They came to have installed power outlet for outdoor power generator, with interlock to our house main power panel. Nathan is very knowledgeable and responsible for the work. Nathan and his team are also very friendly. They also did another job for us to install light fixture and power outlets at storage room and crawlspace. We are happy with their work.

We are extremely pleased overall with our experience with 2M Electric Service, Inc. I hired 2M for our son and daughter-in-law who recently purchased an older home that had some electrical issues that needed addressing sooner rather than later. Elisa was great to work with. Nathan and Joey did an exceptional job. Both my husband and I dealt with the electricians as we took turns being at the house while the home owners were at work. This one â was a tough one.â 2M stepped up to the plate and hit a home run with us.

Did great work and showed up exactly when they said they would be there. Can’t ask for more than that!

From estimate to scheduling to the completion of our project, 2M Electric Services was responsive and professional. All of my questions were answered beforehand. The technicians who came out to do the work were courteous and mindful of their impact on our home. Ours was not an easy job. We needed the fan replaced in our living room which has a 20 foot ceiling. All the work had to be done on a sixteen foot ladder. The technicians were knowledgeable and worked quickly and without complaint. Finishing the job in the allotted time including programming two remote controls for the fan. We will certainly turn to 2M for all of our future electrical need. Happily and highly recommend.

Very nice gentleman

I would prefer a different provider next time I have an electrical issue. The installer was wonderful, but the customer service was a challenge when discussing the price. Additionally, they charged a fee for providing an estimate, and they charge their fee to HomeAdvisor back to the client. I have never been charged fees like this from other providers, and I have used HomeAdvisor for many years. Overall the process was contentious, but the work was completed on time and on *budget*. Good value for the money, but do not expect customer service when calling the call center.

Cleaned up after themselves.

They were on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Also reasonably priced.
