Both technicians were highly professional. They responded to all my inquiries, checked everything carefully, cleaned up thoroughly and were respectful in all matters, including the surrounding areas.

Paid $2200 dollars and my sewer pipe was still clogged. They recommended I contact the company that put my pipe in originally and I did. They unclogged my pipell. Two Sons did find the problem and they helped me contact the company that originally put in my sewer pipe. Two Sons did remove a section of pipe that was clogged but could not finish the job. Very good staff but bottom $2200 (originally $3300) for about 6 hours of work. Way too expensive for what was done.

Kajik was very good, draining pipes were leaking under my sink and it was very hard to remove because my sink is so old. He did a good job replacing them. Also willing to come on the weekend. Very pleased.

I would recommend using another company (no other company either - I will be writing the same review on their page since they are the same company). We spent 10K on re-plumbing the home we had just purchased and EVERYTHING that could go wrong did go wrong. We had leaks under our home after Ryan came in and literally mucked up every item we had on our quote. Because the plumbing was not installed correctly the first time around, we had no heat in the dead of winter for a week- mind you, we have a 2-year-old and I am also pregnant, so that was extra fun for us. The owner sent out another guy to fix everything on my sons 2nd birthday - time we can not get back but it was the soonest they could come to fix all their mistakes. Matt, the field manager, was great and I have ZERO complaints about him- he (or so we thought) fixed everything. What was truly disappointing is that we only received a $1500 refund after our entire home remodels was delayed. And mind you, we received this refund nearly a month after Matt had come out to resolve all of the issues- because the owners had to think about what was fair- I will tell you what is not fair, 1500 dollars... my husband is a very kind man and this company took advantage of that to the max. I understand that Matt came to fix everything, but what was broken in the first place was caused by your employee - Ryan. So, giving us a $1500 refund does not make up for all the time and money we lost during this process. That we are still dealing with. We lost time and money because the plumbing essentially had to be done twice by the same company- when I say everything was wrong, I mean everything was wrong. And come to find out, a month later we are still dealing with this plumber's mistakes- the disposal was installed backward, so now my husband is off to home depot to fix it himself because heaven-forbid anyone from this company come out in a timely manner. The air gap flooded when we used the dishwasher for the first time today and that is when my husband figured out the disposal was installed backwards. I honestly do not even know how this happens without being extremely negligent on the job. TRULY DISAPPOINTED!

The installer did a great job. very fast and on time. The problem was is cost $850 for less than an hour and a half of work. I was in a position that my client needed the work done so we could move forward with the project otherwise we would have never had them do the work. Won't use them again until they get reasonable about the price. Seriously guys, $850 for a shower valve and 2 angle stops? Get serious!

They sent Mike and called when he was on his way. He was so organized and nice. He kept the work area neat and used his special equipment with expertise. He was so pleasant and did a great job! I'll be calling them again if needed.

2 Sons called shortly after I put in the Home advisor search for a plumber to replace two shutoff valves for our laundry room sink. The call rep was very friendly and patient with me as she answered my questions about how the process worked. They scheduled a tech to come out the very next day, even though there was still considerable snow on the ground in the Seattle area. Steve showed up as promised, gave me an accurate estimate, and began work right away. I normally do my own dyi plumbing repairs but I don't have a lot of tools, and I was worried about in trying to get the old compression valves off I would damage the copper pipes. Steve worked quickly and expertly, installed the valves and installed new flexible hose pipes to connect to the faucets. I was very pleased with the work. It cost more than I thought, but was within his estimate, and I haven't used a plumber in a long time. Great work, good knowledgeable guy, and fast service. I am very pleased with 2 Sons Plumbing, and would recommend them. And there are no leaks anymore!

Great company. Had a little trouble with the scheduler, but the tech was friendly and knowledgeable. All in all, everything went very well.
