I called them, they were here really quick, start working with the plumbing and fixed it. I recommend them all the time to my friends and co workers. They were very nice and and they compromise with you. The young guys were nice, responsible, and respectful. They come back if I ask them to do and they explain to you what's going on before they start the work.

This company recently installed our kitchen sink. I called them a few days ago regarding a clog and they told my husband it was not their problem. I had a plumber come in and, after hours of being in our home, he noticed a piece of plastic in the p-trap that was installed by the plumber from this company. I do not appreciate the way this situation was handled as it was caused by the installation of the sink that the plumber from this company I hired.

We had water coming in out of the kitchen, all over the kitchen floor. It flooded the hall and the family room. We called the adjuster and he had someone come out. I found a number of problems.

It went terrible the job still isn't finished and the owner of the company even though he came and texts me back still hasn't come to properly finish the job and blames that the person that did the work isn't part of his business even though the invoice I have is from Miami Emergency Plumbing and mike the person who did the work along with another one of his workers came in Miami Emergency plumming Shirts and a Miami Emergency Plumbing branded work truck. I would completely avoid them seeing as how it's been over 4 months and the owner still hasn't wanted to resolve anything and is just playing games and has no regard for his customers! Not to mention the plumber mike overcharged by at least $100 from the initial invoice once he found out it was through insurance.

The plumber was at home on time. I wasn't at home at the moment, my wife was and she thoght I had talked about the price. The plumber started working without giving me an estimate first, in which case I would decline the service. <br /> He unclogged my sink in 25 minutes and charged me $250. So, he charged $10/minute. Outrageous! <br /> The work was a simple one and it was well done though. <br /> <br /> <br />

What a fantastic job Adrian, Mike, Jessica all did from Miami Emergency Plumbing!  They were prompt, courteous, caring and professional.  They came out when they said they would be there and were quick and efficient as to not waste time which would have added extra $$.  Mike let me know what I needed and Adrian followed up prompted the next morning at 7:30 am squeezing me in the replace my kitchen faucet.   <br /> I would absolutely call Jessica again for all future work and I've given her name and number to a friend who will soon need her kitchen faucet replaced. <br /> Five star guys!!!   Donna <br />

Technician was knowledgeable, he showed up on time, very helpful and professional. Price was a on the higher side, but the technician and the office staff were very responsive before, during and after the service. <br /> Update: A month after service was completed, we had an issue and requested the plumber to come back. He didn't like the way we questioned his work, when there was a leak. He felt attacked while we were just questioning. He agreed with me to return but was a no-show and we had to start from zero with a new plumber. <br /> I'm sure this company is fine for completing small jobs, but I cannot recommend them once the problem arises.

They really were "emergency" plumbers. responsive, fast, clear, but I felt it was a bit expensive for the amount of time spent on the problem and the materials used. But it was an emergency and the problem was solved. Would use again in an emergency. <br />

We had a back-up and needed help immediately. We were given a time where the plumber would show up and they showed up right on time and went to work. Upon initial review, we were quoted 300-400 dollars for the job. The plumber removed the toilet, snaked the line and repaired the area where the seal between the floor and the toilet meet, using grout instead of just caulk. This is a good thing. The actual work performed was excellent. Two things of note: the invoice ended up being $550. We did ask for the senior discount that was noted on the website, and while he acted surprised, we did end up paying $500. It was a bit expensive, but worth the emergency service. The only other thing was the mess left behind. It was beyond belief (even on the ceiling). On the other hand, some of a mess is understandable. <br />

Miami Emergency Plumbing (MEP) was plumber #2 of 3 plumbers to help me address the severe leakage problem in one of the apartments at my Duplex. My duplex has one meter instead of two. Plumber #1 came up with a simple course of action: cut the main water valve connection to the apartment. When that didn't work, he went under my duplex, found the leakage source, and told me that he would only fix the leak if I paid him several thousand dollars to re-pipe the whole duplex! MEP came and diagnosed the problem, found the underground pipe, sealed it, all for $200. <br /> MEP?s explanation was super-simple; I didn?t feel like I was being bullshitted; and, he gave me sound good advice concerning re-piping the whole duplex! I am expecting a good estimate from MEP for the whole duplex. <br />
