Nadia was great for awhile, she was friendly and responsive. She usually had her sister with her to help with the cleaning. They did an excellent job. I am giving her an F overall though for using a different employee who left a giant scuffmark in my tub and then refused to acknowledge its existence and claimed that somehow my wife or myself scuffed the tub. It wouldn't have been an issue had she just taken ownership of her mistake and offered to fix it. 5 bucks at the local home improvement store for some bathtub enamel is hardly a stretch. Sorry Nadia, but you could have handled this much more professionally. I haven't had a house cleaner for over a year because of this incident.

They did a great job work the entire time.

We had 2 cleaners come for 4 hours total, and they did a great, efficient job in cleaning our condo. Upon arrival they asked if there was anything in particular we wanted done. They were very professional and personable. They also gave us advice on which cleaners to use for our fridge to get rid of the streaks (which we had been previously unsuccessful in doing). Would definitely hire again!

They did an excellent job! Careful, thorough, and very professional. Personable as well. I made arrangement to have them come bi-weekly. Very pleased!!!

The team arrived punctually and were quick to get started. They knew what to do and how long the job would take right away. The cleaning was thorough and they were very professional. I hope they can fit me in their regular schedule. They cleaned 2 floors with baths and kitchen and did a great job. I highly recommend 2 Flags Cleaning.

They were good, just a little slow, they did not do the entire house. Our house is extremely small, probably smaller than most apartments. They did the first floor and when it came time to do the basement they said they were out of time. But when they first came in, they were saying the job was going to be easy because the job was so small, so I kind of felt that they were intentionally not doing everything, because if they don't finish you have to pay them per hour. I just told them it was fine and to leave it as is, for what they did, it's clean. I felt like that they were trying to get a little more out of us then what was initially paid for. I had asked them not to come in with shoes and they brought flip-flops, so they were respectful in the regard.  They did pretty good, they were just slow; I can't fault them for wanting some extra pennies, I just wasn't willing to shell out any extra cash. My regular cleaning service that would normally come, they charge me $100 and they clean the whole house. In the same amount of time that these people only cleaned three rooms. They responded to me immediately and they listened to me. They were on time and professional. I would consider using them again, but only if they could match the price that I normally pay.

The staff are very professional and they did a fantastic job cleaning my house with house keeping. They cleaned the bathrooms and every room, thoroughly. Plan to use them as routine biweekly cleaning.
