Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
I wanted to add a garage and didn't have a lot of space. I live in a landmark district in Denver and they can be very difficult and it's hard to find someone who would even deal with them. But Bryan and his guys braved the storm and got the garage done and put in a custom concrete patio to maximize space. Loved all his guys and would gladly use them again

I enlisted Bryan and his network to help with my commercial space. We didn't have an infinite budget they were overly helpful in assisting us meet our goals and then some. All the subcontractors who came on site were enjoyable to deal with. You can tell they really cared and our project wasn't just a job to them. I feel like we can still call them whenever in need and that's hard to find these days.

Do NOT hire this company. Bryan Moore and his partner, Frank Walley, are a joke and complete scam. Bryan lied and told us he was licensed - come to find out he used his partners (Franks) license. We figured this out after permitting. Thank GOD we did so. Ran way over schedule (took almost 2 years), overcharged for change orders, committed consumer fraud by switching products, or using lesser quality products and passing off as what we paid for, the quality was terrible, walked away from the punch list. Find another contractor.

"Unfortunately the most unpleasant client we have ever dealt with. After the client verbally assaulted every worker on site for doing work to code (which we undid and had to redo to pass final), the client refused to pay for multiple change orders (including referenced above), made accusations based on no factual evidence, and refused to pay for work done. Then insisted we redo work that would then not passcode to appease their personal preferences. They also verbally assaulted or had a conflict with multiple other providers outside of our umbrella, so one has to wonder where the REAL problem is. What was stated about us walking away from a punch list, leaves out the fact we had tens of thousands of dollars owed, but we placed a higher premium on the safety and sanity of our workers than to continue with these people. In fact, the final permit, which is part of public record for everyone to see, says from the head building inspector: "Combative and threatening homeowner. Corrections rescinded for the safety of contractor and Inspectors." Feel free to message us the address so you can see it for yourself. The fact this person is STILL making attempts to assault and disparage others, speaks to the level of their mental well-being, or lack thereof. It is unfortunate that one house can have such a negative effect on so many."

Kitchen Remodel
Our house flooded, leaving all three floors with extensive damage. The initial contractor that we hired was incredibly dishonest and ineffective. Bryan and his team stepped up and took over a bad situation, leaving us with a beautiful remodel that I absolutely love! Bryan is fair, upfront, and easy to work with. Since the initial remodel he has been my go-to for additional projects.

Bryan Moore, founder of 303 Construction, is excellent to work with. He is a creative designer with a great eye for maximizing space. He did a great job of designing our kitchen. He is also a very good business man, he is true to his word and gets the job done. He has overseen the gutting and remodel of my laundry room/powder room and my kitchen. I highly reccomend 303Construction. You will be pleased with their work for a long time.

I hired 303 construction to help with a home renovation. I can admit I was a nervous wreck and intimidated by the process, but they helped me understand processes and guided me the whole way through. I know there are always obstacles in construction and have heard horror stories from friends, but like the other reviews elude to, Bryan and Tony really do care and helped talk me off the ledge on several occasions. At the end of the day, they didn't leave until I was happy and I'm beyond pleased with the final product. I feel lucky to have found a provider who gave me an end result I'll be happy with for years.

Bryan and the 303 Construction team have been incredibly responsive, professional and accurate in the budget and schedules. I m very happy with the quality of both the materials and installation. All of the people I interacted with were on time for calls and appointments and went out of their way to insure that I felt comfortable every step of the way.
