Not only did they configure the wiring requirements, but they also set up the Honeywell smartphone app. Works great!

IF you work hard for your money ,don't use them YOU cant even get them call you back ,they did not even pick up or clean up at all when the job was finished

"We worked and completed all work amd then some. We worked with you to get the deposit figured out and ensured that the work was able to be complete. All trash was cleaned up and put in to a waste management bagster for collection. Upon 2 attempts to pick up the bag, waste management was not able to as a vehicle was blocking the pickup. We apologize if there were items not cleaned up. We are happy to send someone back to reclean."

Communication was excellent with their office. The project took a couple of days and the contractor was on time or called stating he was running a few minutes late. He was fixing problems from a less than stellar kitchen remodel and replacing faucets in a bathroom. Because he was fixing someone else's mistakes, he encountered a couple of problems and came up with acceptable workaround solutions. Very professional and friendly contractor.

Sliding Door or Tracks - Repair
Justin was very knowledgeable and was able to give quotes and perform the work on two areas that I needed fixed (a sliding door tracking issue and a few electical issues). He is very professional and was very fairly priced. I wll be scheduling them for other work!

They had to do and re-do the floors three times due to very poor craftsmanship. Instead of being apologetic for the inconvenience and extra cost this has cost us, the client, I was yelled at by the owner, who tried to put the blame on us. Definitely a nightmare of a situation.

"We worked along side of this client on a insurance water damage issue. We repaired drywall and resanded the hardwood flooring on their main floor. The client was very happy with the floor until a week later. Then the client was not pleased with the floor and upon inspection there were a few minor issues to be address. We the placed them in a hotel and coated this floor times. The client refused to accept the floor even though it was well over industry standards. She call and cussed and yelled at the salesman, thus a louder response. We tried our best to be the very best for these clients. Her rating here has been changed as it was 5 stars."

These guys are the most buttoned up contractors I've ever worked with. They came out and gave me a quote within one day - it was fairly priced. They followed up to express interest in the project. They scheduled the work within a couple of days. Came exactly when they said they would, did the work, cleaned up and left. I will give them more work!

Make sure you already having matching paint on hand. The match for the ceiling drywall doesn't exactly match the rest of the ceiling. The repairs were done quickly and the texturing was done well.

The Homeadvisor Pro was professional, courteous and although he had to leave and come back kept me updated with his schedule and was prompt on return.
