303 Home Inspectors (run by Rick) provided an extremely thorough and professional team with a generalist and two specialists in plumbing and electrical work to inspect the house. They cost a bit more than other inspectors we considered, but they were well worth the price; the house was a fixer upper, and they were able to find all the issues and provide ballpark repair prices. We would hire them again without hesitation.

They did a fantastic job and I would recommend them to anybody! They inspected my home and did a great job! Right away put on their PPE to prevent COVID, came in, and started to work, it was just excellent and I could not have asked for anything better!
