The tekchnician was very patient and persistent despite the electrical problem in my house (the breaker kept tripping while he was running his equipment). He ended up doing the carpet cleaning by hand, and did an excellent job. He showed up for the appointment at the agreed-upon time, and was very courteous.

It was too fast, the carpet is not cleaned, it looks like he did a fast job and did not clean just went over the carpet quickly, I am not satisfied at all in fact I just purchased a carpet cleaning machine to do it myself. to me it looks as if all he did was put patterns in my carpet .The carpet still looks the same.

I believe that they did a fair job. They did not have all the right tools in place. Their ducts leading from the truck to the furnace in my house needed patch work to prevent dust from leaking out. I lent them my duct tape and also screwdriver. Found that surprising for a professional firm.

They came and cleaned our vents. Dust reappeared within a week. Five calls to them have not remedied the situation. They promised to call after "checking with their technician", but they have not called back.

Wonderful experience. The worker that did our vents was friendly and professional, and even saved us from a bee that flew in when we opened the front door :) He was very respectful to our home. The cleaning process was both quick and thorough, and everything was left in perfect condition. Thanks again for a job well done!
