Very professional employees with great estimates, process and communication. We love our addition! So glad we went with 3:20!

The number one red flag when dealing with a contractor is demands for large upfront deposits. Most contractors will charge 10-15% to cover materials. 3:20 requires 50%. Their second draw will be 30%. They will hold 80% of the total cost with little work actually completed. They are ready with promises, but slow to do the work and aggressive in their demands for payments. Their license number is 86740. It is a limited contractor license. The qualifier (the person who passes the required exams and meets the experience criteria to hold the license) is Timmy D. Page, not Jad Tremel nor any other tradesman or office personnel working for 3:20. They are not BBB accredited. After 2 years of trying to get my projects completed, I have ended the relationship with 3:29 through mediation. I am still out money I paid for work not completed and the cost to address damage to my property. It is my hope that my experience will be a cautionary tale for anyone looking for a contractor,

320 Pro handled my entire home reno project and I really appreciated that they coordinated their own plumber, electrician, painter, and floor technician so that all the tasks get done efficiently and by the proper professional.

We hired them for a complete house remodel, porch addition, and a 54ft by 14ft addition to the back of our home. They added 600 sq foot of living space, an amazing new gourmet kitchen. We also had them install new flooring throughout, new roof, windows, and new HVAC. They have truly transformed our home at a very fair price compared to the increase in home value we received. Jad(the owner) was very responsive throughout the whole process(always same date responses to questions, changes, concerms) and their entire crew is made up of people who do great work, people you can trust alone in your home without any question, and everybody is a craftsman in their respective trades. Would and have recommended to family and friends and we will have them back on all future projects down the road

Jad at 3:20 Builders remodeled our entire downstairs last year- including a full kitchen remodel and knocking out walls. We were thrilled with the project and how it turned out. Jad and his crew are top notch! They are professional, respectable and hard workers. Jad is quick to respond and always willing to help. He is a man of his word. I will hire them again for our next project.

From start to finish, this company was extremely professional and timely. I've worked with several contracting companies over the years and these guys were definitely one of the best. They are very understanding and kept a great attitude throughout the project. Definitely would use them again for sure.
