He took half the money and did not finish the work because he is not registered and thus cannot obtain the required permits. He says he is a man of his word, but that man has not shown up to date.

After rescheduling a couple of times, these guys poured concrete footers for us. The edges aren’t clean, but it’s good enough.

I was fooled by their comments to me about the workmanship, and in the end, it proved to me that they were giving me incorrect information. The workmanship quality was very low. 

Getting an estimate

I had other estimates given, 321 concrete delivered, finished and an excellent job, and price.

The crew did an excellent job and finished ahead of schedule. They came in, prepared he area, installed the forms and in less than the time promised, poured and finished the concrete, broke down the forms and cleaned up the area. All of my neighbors have commented on what a nice job they did and I would expect one or two of them to contact Steven in the near future.
