345 Aesthetic Construction

Do not hire! We were given our first bid and this contractor raised it 4 different times using the same invoice #. He would quote one price to get your approval to move forward and then charge you double what he said it would be. Attempts to meet with the contractor to review the budget were always canceled by the contractor. The subs did quality work, however, the contractor continued to raise their price without having an invoice to provide to the homeowner. He left the job undone which required the homeowner to contract out someone else to finish the job. He required money up front and not after work was completed. Even though he left the job unfinished, he still raised the final invoice (which was the same invoice) by $5k and wanted to be paid for an unfinished product. No attention to detail, the crown was installed upside down, transition strips ruined, walls destroyed with beam installation, charged for work that was not done. There are a ton of great contractors out there. Do not hire this one!

Reliable and very strong work ethic.
