35 Degrees North Home Improvements

This was my first ever remodel project and I was anxious but Jesse and Bryan talked me through it patiently and in a way I could understand and make informed decisions. They were also very agreeable to talking it out on the phone with my son-in-law who is a contractor that lives in another city. I work at home so Jesse primarily and sometimes Bryan as well were basically in my house and workspace all day through this project. They were respectful of noise and interruptions and cognizant of my space (and my cat's space). They cleaned up every day before going home and stored everything that was outside. This is an old (1928) home I just purchased and there were several 'old home surprises' that they explained thoroughly--what it was and what my options were. The changes orders that had to be made were very reasonable. Despite the fact that due to those surprises it took longer than planned, I am thrilled with my bathroom. Professionally and personally Jesse and Bryan were a dream team to work with and if I have any remodels in my future, I won't do them without 35 Degrees North.

Jesse and Brian are great to work with. Very accommodating and willing to listen to the customer as well as providing insight to the project. The only thing that kept me from giving them all 5â s is they were over scheduled and as a result our project took longer to complete than scheduled. Overall, however I would highly recommend them to anyone and would definitely hire then again for any project I might have.

Jesse was excellent to work with. He communicated well throughout the entire project and worked extra hard to make sure the project was finished on time and budget. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and will hopefully be using him again for future projects.
