Veteran Painting and Decorating

I had my deck stained last year. it started peeling in December. I called Robert in march to have him come and look at it he said send him some pictures which I did. did not hear back from him so I called and said some one would be out in April.I have called 3 times after that and he keeps telling me he will send someone out. Today Monday someone was to be here at 10:00.Again nobody showed.l have removed furniture 3 times from the deck no more.

We selected 360 because they were local, came highly recommended and were veteran owned. Robert is trustworthy, confident, knowledgable and personable. We initially hired 360 for a smaller project but once we met his A Team of Mike, Nikki and Jacob and saw the quality of their work we extended the contract to paint the entire exterior of our home and additional interior work. All their people, from the owner down to the painters, were excellent, and kept us abreast of developments throughout the job. I specifically want to mention Mike (EM) and Nickie and compliment her on her detail work. She even moved a bird's nest and moved it back while painting trim. Although our painting project was delayed by rainy weather, we are 100% happy with the outcome. Thanks, guys.

Rob's team, headed by Keith, was great. I expected them to be in my home for two days but they finished in one. They were professional, proficient and very courteous. I highly recommend 360 Painting in Frankfort.

Hired firm to paint home in order to list for sale. Rep was late for initial meeting, but was professional at all times. No surprises after quoting deal. Painters started each day with a plan of attack for the day, working around my schedule. Quite pleased with the paint job itself. Items were covered daily, & their supplies were put in an agreed upon location on site nightly. The only area that could have been a little better was cleanup. As I began to put some things back, I found an outlet missing the cover plate, 3-4 brad nails on floor, and some of the prep areas could have been cleaned up a little better. Otherwise quite pleased and would hire again.

360 Painting was very friendly and completed the work on time and to my satisfaction. They paid for a color consultant which was very helpful and were competitive. I will definitely recommend them to people

Set up an 11AM appointment. At 11:30 I called them. They said they had no idea when the rep would come out.

There are runs in the paint and patched spots are very visible on the walls.

Working with Robert, the owner of 360 Painting, was a pleasure...very professional and personable person. While originally hired to do only painting work, he was agreeable and capable to perform other non-related carpentry trim work at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Our siding needed an uplift. We couldn’t afford to replace the siding at this time because it came as an unexpected project and expense. We used home advisor to find a professional who could do the job. Rob the owner was great. He was very easy to get of hold of and talking with him was like talking to a friend or family member. Rob and his team strived to do the best job. They were very good with matching other companies quotes and were open and honest how much work and time the project would be. The end product looked fantastic! I even had a small request for a spot to be touched up and Rob responded almost instantly saying not a problem. Rob was also at our house each day his team was here to be sure everything was going well. The painters were very personable. They were great with our dog and understanding when she needed some time outside. They kept communication open if there were any problems or issues to address. Also they came out 2 days after we placed our down payment. Can’t say enough good things!!!

Robert was very friendly and explained the entire process. I had an issue with a window which was taken care of at a decent price.
