360 Painting of the High Country

Way Way overpriced! Very poor customer service with constantly changing people to contact, no callbacks, and language barriers. Sub-contractors were undependable, workers changing daily - IF they showed up and were unable to communicate in English. It took four (4) months to complete the painting of the house exterior!

Adam Ratcliff (owner) came out & we signed the contract, & took HALF payment, by credit card. NOW, I cannot find him. nobody at office & wont answer phone. what should I do??

They did a great job. They were a little slower than anticipated, but I would rather they be slower than in a hurry.

He was on time and finished the job very quickly. The quality of the work was excellent.

The attention to detail was great! Everything was well prepped and pressure washed and ready for the paint. They worked with a large crew and completed the work in a very timely manner (between Rain days). The clean up was amazing. I have to say they exceeded our expectations!

It was a rainy day so we post-poned and then the next day they pushed it back a week. 2 folks came out for an estimate, said they would get back with their estimate, but never did. We tried waiting and calling.

Amazing Job removing popcorn ceiling! I am so happy with their work and they also removed/covered and painted wood paneling. Who could imagine that could be done and so beautifully as well! The house is transformed. We are so lucky to have found this company. They were also very professional, polite and always on time.

They were very responsive to my request for an estimate for painting the exterior of our home in Blowing Rock. Their estimate was reasonable. They were able to complete the work more quickly than I expected and to my satisfaction. They also found a couple of areas that needed repair before painting and took care of that.

Adam was quick on the job and exceeded our expectations for the amount of time it took to get the job done. We had the exterior of our home and two decks stained. Communication was better than we expected as Adam was always quick to respond to us and kept us informed along the way. The price was reasonable and his crew was there all day every day until the job was completed. We had a small issue upon completion, but Adam quickly resolved the issue to our satisfaction. We would definitely recommend 360 Painting and will call again when we need painting at our home.

We had our log home and decks power washed, stained and painted. I love the finished product! Adam was very courteous and responded to my questions promptly. Pablo and his crew did an outstanding job. He is a very meticulous painter who takes pride in his work. I highly recommended this company!

I had the interior of my house painted and I'm very happy with the results. The color consultant helped me pick out the colors and I'm so glad she was available since I really didn't know where to start. The painters were really nice and I felt comfortable enough to leave the house while they worked. I will use 360 Painting of the High Country again if the need arises. Thanks again!

Painters got the job done well in a timely manner. Quote was accurate and the price was competitive. I like that the owner was local to Boone.

I experienced some minor damage during the pressure washing part of the project, but Adam was great and took care of getting things fixed....no cost to me. Awesome group to work with!

On very short notice and with only one week to start and complete the project, Adam and his team did a fabulous job. I did not have time to mess with unresponsive or unreliable people. 360 Painting did a professional job They arrived early, stayed late and completed the job ahead of time. Adam will be my to go guy for a long time!!!

Unbelievable service, all texts emails and phone calls returned almost immediately. Will update once all work is done but so far just awesome

Overall, good quality work at a reasonable price, completed on a timely basis. Being a paint job, time will tell how good this work really is. Good communication throughout the process. Trustworthy and professional in an otherwise sometimes questionable Vendor market.

Very knowledgeable! I appreciated the thorough proposal of all the work to be carried out. They were able to tackle carpentry and repair work as well as painting. The house looks great!

360 Painting High Country is that rare thing: a RESPONSIVE high country company. No waiting in vain for someone to show up to measure your deck to give you a quote. No waiting for weeks for the email with the quote that never comes. They say exactly what they'll do and then they do what they say (and more). Promptly. The owner, Adam Ratcliff, is high country born and bred, and gives a welcome "local business" vibe to this franchise company. In addition to measuring our decks for his quote, he located boards that were rotting, and assured us they'd replace them prior to painting. The crew sent to do the prep (pressure washing, repairing balustrades, sanding areas that needed it) and the painting was top notch: thorough, careful, and professional. You get the sense the crew would've worked just as hard without a foreman watching them, but our foreman (Juan) was great as well. Juan stayed on top of each step of the process, and communicated to us clearly as the project went along. For example, during the prep he showed us railing cracks he decided to fill and sand prior to painting He also had his crew move furniture and materials off the decks to clear the way for their work. As retirees we really appreciated that. The job's finished now and we couldn't be happier. The decks not only look great, we can walk on them in our bare feet without getting splinters. We're looking forward to using 360 Painting High Country to stain our log cabin's exterior soon.
