Did a great job

Was a pleasure talking with Gary Curtis when he came to give us an estimate for re-roofing our house. He spent about 3 hours giving details on materials, how the work would be done and telling us about the company. Work was completed in 4 days. Roof looks great. Plan on contacting 360 Remodeling for additional jobs needed on the property.

We had some issues with communication between us and the foreman for our project. It became quite frustrating as we were taking time off of work to wait for him or his crew and, a few too many times, no one showed up. The main issue was with the city but we were ill informed in the mean time. Problems happen on every project so we didn't hold it against the company too much but communication from their employee Ray needs to improve. Other than that they were great! Pauline, the receptionist / customer service champion, made our overall experience 10x better than it could have been and she worked out all the kinks for us. The crew was friendly and efficient but they left a little bit of a mess. Their magnet unfortunately didn't pick up all of the stray nails. We ended up with a couple in our tires and found a few in the grass where our dog walks around. We also still find small pieces of the old roof here and there. The end product looks great and we are very happy with the overall outcome but hope that in the future they can improve on these small flaws in service for future clients.

Any company can look good if everything goes perfectly, but 360 really shines even when things do not go as planned. I had a reroofing project where wood shake was under asphalt tiles. After looking through reviews, researching companies, I decided to get quotes from three different companies. When I contacted 360, Pauline worked to quickly set up an appointment that would fit our schedule. When David arrived, he saw immediately that there was asphalt over wood shake and even showed us how to tell. After two other sales pitches, I was not looking forward to another wasted hour. He focused on the company, the materials, and why we should go with them, in that order. David gave us a price, and confirmed it with his boss right there and we were set to get fully measured in two days. When the team was going to be 30 minutes late, Pauline called to let me know. Within the week , Ray and his team were removing the current roof. Had I known what an incredible mess, with wood slats and nails, I may not of done this project. The huge mess was mostly contained on the roof and the material that fell down was cleaned up at the end of the day. I am still amazed by how well they contained, and transported away, the old roofing material. At 7pm I found that there had been an accident where the ceiling in my roof had been damaged and I messaged Pauline. She was immediately on it and within a few days the ceiling looks as good as new. Ray and his team did an awesome job of installing the new roof and I am completely satisfied with the results. During this entire project, Pauline was incredible, she coordinated the sales, roofing teams, ceiling repair, and absolutely everything else quickly and in a friendly manner. In the end, I paid exactly what I expected, and got exactly what I was promised. Not once, from beginning to end, did I have to talk to a machine or wait to have concerns or questions addressed. If I had to do this all over again, I would skip the research and salesmen and immediately contact Pauline at 360. This is a group of people that say they care about the customer, and they mean it. If you are looking for a roofing job, get two other quotes, but make sure 360 is the last, because they are the one you will want to go with.

Great people to work with, did everything I ask for and now I have a beautiful roof to last for another 25 years.

Timing issues with work being done on several different days for same items, few days between start of roofing project with out notification of when the job would be completed, Time frame did meet the original signed for schedule, but just barely, and had to call for more shiners to be removed after job was 'complete'.

Scheduling was a little difficult

Was sold on their exclusive Corning roofing and double pane windows that was suppose to keep my home cooler, since the installation, my home air can run all day and inside never gets below 82 degrees until the sun goes down. Same products are at Home Depot and are much cheaper with a better warranty. Paid for shingle roof and they put cheap roll roof on rear of house that can only be seen if you're on a ladder and, did not tell us or refund any money. I was quoted and paid for shingle roofing, not roll roofing. Have multiple cracks in my wood beam ceiling they never fixed and new drain gutters have gaps between roof and gutter and not enough brackets to support them and not angled so water does not drain. They did not remount roof AC for the house and left electrical line dangling. Showed their salesperson these and other problems in April, he said they'd fix them ASAP, it is end of July and they have done nothing but take our money and give us sub-standard work and a constant run around. Terrible company to do business with.

Everybody associated with 360 remodeling was very professional friendly and did a great job without creating a huge mess which I appreciated completely

Great Product Quality. Honest Company and the workers kept the job site clean. They warranty their work. So if anything is wrong in the future they will come and fix it. Will be using this company in more future projects!

They were very thorough. They took pride in their work and cleaned up. They took care all of the foliage and landscaping and made sure that any of that did not get damaged. They were great and I would recommend them to anyone!

They do great work; he has done a lot of different projects for us. I have referred them to others, and we are all very satisfied.

He did all of my windows and the doors in my home and did a phenomenal job. They also did hard wood flooring and tile work as well. I would recommend this company to others.
