360 Roofing and Construction, LLC

I hired 360 Roofing and Construction for a full tear off and replacement of my roof. I paid over $30,000 to this company for the job to be done. The company came out, delivered the wrong materials, tore off half my old roof and laid paper down, secured with staples instead of nails, in violation of building code, and proceeded to run off with my money. Now, my home is being destroyed by the elements and mold as a direct result of the horrible work quality I received. I feel violated and disrespected by this company. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Ozzy came out right away to do the estimate. Once I paid the deposit, he said it would be 2.5-3 weeks, He always said, *I have several jobs going at once, everyone wants me there, I can not be everywhere at the same time, etc* 5 weeks later, when he finally showed up to begin the job, he said he was not familiar with my deck *kit* and he could not do it. So we discussed it and he almost backed out but he agreed to go ahead and repair the deck steps because I had already paid for the materials and labor. When he showed up today it was just him and a woman. I asked if that was the crew-just the two of them, and he said yes. So I said I will let you get to it! And went inside. A few minutes later they left and came back about an hour later, handed me the materials receipt and a check for the remainder of my payment. He said my question offended him and he would not deal with being disrespected. He told me, *I do not need you, you needed me* **I was never pushy or rude in any way. I was kind, respectful, and VERY patient while enduring his 1000 excuses. When he became super frustrated and tearful at the fact that he could not do the repairs he agreed to, I even talked him down and told him, *It is okay, really. Just do what you can. We will be ok* **I think he was just looking for a reason to back out. The guy is nice enough, but very unprofessional. It is a shame, really. I can not imagine how he reacts to someone who really is rude and demanding!! There are plenty of people like that running around!

Ozzie was very responsive to my homeadvisor search. Literally within a minute or two after I did a query on homeadvisor he called to schedule a quote. He did an outstanding job demossing my roof and driveway which had over 16 years of moss and made them look almost brand new. He cleaned and pressure washed my gutters as well. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and extremely thorough. I would highly recommend them.

Ozzie called me as soon as my request was posted. A few days later he and his partner showed up and finished in one day! (It would have taken me a week I bet) They removed the moss by hand with wired brushes, not damaging pressure washer. Ozzie showed me 3 moss-damaged shingles just above roof vents. Ozzie identified the brand and color of the singles, called in the order and I shot into town and bought a pack of shingles and Ozzie installed them for an extra fee, but saved me from a giant headache later, I'm sure. We couldn't be happier with their work. Thanks!

On the Olympic Peninsula it is difficult to find reliable contractors who show up on time, pay attention to detail, and finish the job. Ozzy has very good customer relations skills because he cares about doing a good job, explains things carefully, and looks for solutions.

Ozzi and crew were reliable, did solid work, and really good value. Ozzi also clearly knows roofs and how to be kind to them in the cleaning process.

i was in quite a rough situation with needing to replace the roofing on my rental. i had new tenants needing to move in but i had to redo the roof to ensure that there would be no future problems once they moved in. i have heard about 360 roofing and construction before but am new to the area and not too sure on what construction businesses are best in callam county. the owner (Ozzy) was very upfront and honest and made me feel a lot less stressed out about the situation. he gave me a deal to help me out and show that he was more focused on helping me out then making big bucks! all around great and amazing service they were very clean and the finished product was amazing! i will be definitely using 360 roofing and construction for my future construction and repair needs.

Roof and gutters look great. I didn't know they would leave the moss on the ground but I should have asked.

On time, reasonable price, super work - went beyond my expectations with picture reporting and spotless cleanup. even cleaned a skylight I forgot I had.
