I contracted with 360 Services Co to excavate a small foundation for an ADU and to correct some adjacent drainage issues, Per the contract and a sketch incorporated into the contract, 360 Services was to install a small catch basin to receive piped storm water, a 6x8x4 drain rock vault to capture surface water, and direct all of this into an adjacent wetland via 4 pipe. Rob failed to install the rock vault. Ultimately, he installed a chintzy French drain in an area that did not have drainage issues, then piped it in the wrong direction to a location where it could not daylight. He left the end of the trench open as a natural catch basin; then topped it with logs like an animal trap -- a 4 deep drowning hazard on a rental property. For the foundation, he only dug the perimeter, not the entire space. He then began begging for additional payment before the work was complete. Contract says material up front, rest at completion. Refused to finish without advance payment. AVOID!
