If they tell customer a price then they should stick to that price and not raise the price after they finish the job.

"Sorry, you have a negative review towards us. I would like to explain that there seems to be a miscommunication with our pricing. You were advise of a $100 minimum order for all jobs before coming out. Once arriving for the estimate, the items requested were larger then informed and your correct price was given based on the items you were removing. Again sorry for the misunderstanding and if you ever want to use our service again, we'll provide you with a discount. Thank you, 360 Hauling Inc"
