Very easy to work with and a lot of knowledge about how to make our home better! Went above and beyond for this project. Would recommend to anyone who needs repairs, renovations, and exterior/interior work.

Do not use 360° Exteriors for any work on your home. I hired 360° Exteriors to do siding on a duplex in May. The only person I ever met or delt with was Troy Lynch who is the father of the owner and also the lead salesman for 360° Exteriors per his business card. I hope by writing this he will not do what he did to me to anyone else. I signed a contract stating they would start 5/21 and finish 6/6/24. They required full payment upfront. This was my first mistake. I won't ever make that mistake again with any contractor. Troy seemed like an honest guy, so I figured, not a big deal to pay the full amount. He got the money on 5/20. There was a tornado in late May, and this somewhat delayed his start, so I didn’t push him starting on the contract date. He finally started on June 12 and worked maybe 3 days the first week. The second week he worked Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, not full days. On Friday of the second week, he texted that he needed me to pay $400 for some wood damage he had repaired the prior week. I told him I would not pay him any more money until he was finished. Thirty minutes later he texted that he had to leave the job to make money to pay his guys and would be back in two weeks. He left that day around 10am. When he left, he left the utility boxes off the house, and he covered up the dryer vent opening. I didn't see him again until after July 19. This pattern continued until October 16 when he finally finished. He would say he was coming and then just never show up. He always had an excuse. His boat was sinking, he was out of town, his arm was hurting, etc… I finally told him if he didn’t finish by a certain date I was going to take him to court. After that, he finally finished. The only other review on 360° Exteriors is by Troy Lynch who is the person doing all the work. Once they start they will try to charge you for things that are in the contract. The contract included capping the windows and doors but he sent me a message saying I had to pay $600 to Cap doors. Once I pointed out it was in the contract he backed off. His work is also substandard in my opinion. He used cut-off pieces instead of full-length pieces. He left the mitered corners unsealed on the gutters. I had to call him back and tell him he needed to seal the gutters. Some of the pictures are how he left it after that first week and some are when he called and said he was finished and wanted his last payment. I said after he fixed those things and cleaned up his trash which he left in my yard, I would pay him. He did come back and finish and now the job is done and he has been paid in full. I really hope anyone looking at having windows or siding or any other home improvement work done sees this review and stays far far away from 360° Exteriors or Troy Lynch. You will regret any interaction with them.

360 performed an excellent job. Came to my house promptly and provided a reasonable quote. He took time to explain the work required and his reccomendations. He came the next day and completed the work. My house looks great.

Very friendly and professional. Proficient and timely as well. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
