Oscar left the project unfinished. Upon multiple calls he came back twice to finish the remaining work and still left off on completing all of it. He left off corners around the Boiler in the utility room. The quality of work is sub par to say the least. Find someone appropriate to get the worth for your money.

360 did an amazing job with our project. They took our vision and made it a reality. They were fearless when we came up against bumps and bruises and just created for us a kitchen that we are so proud of. We definitely now “have a guy”! Because I cannot imagine a project without this company to make my vision come to life. Thank you so very much for your dedication and hard work. You guys are amazing.

Oscar and his team are great. A ton of attention to detail. I have an old home and they had to do a lot of custom wood work on trim and pillars and it all matched perfectly and looked great. Anything they couldn't build 'off the shelf' they custom built and he never complained about the extra work they did. They were at my house for almost a full month and they were awesome with my wife and kids. home projects are an inconvenience and they made it as painless as possible. Anything my hold home through at them they handled. They were able to level the floor in the basement to put down LVT, he completely rebuilt the laundry room, he custom made doors to match the design of my house, he had design ideas that we didn't think of that really made an awesome difference. The bathroom remodel looks great. the wall he knocked down completely opened up our floor plan. I highly recommend Oscar and his team. I'll definitely call him again when we save enough to do our master bath.

Oscar and his crew did excellent work on our basement remodel. We are so happy with the finished product. He offered great ideas on how to make the space functional for our three kids and all of their toys! I had just had our third baby during the renovation and Oscar and his crew were very efficient while they were working. Oscar built a beautiful built in wall storage unit for the kids toys along with a beautiful storage bench and laundry folding and storage table. They are custom and make the space unique. His carpentry is excellent. We plan to hire 360 again and highly recommend them!

We recently had our 2-story living room, spiral stairs and railing, 2-room loft, upstairs hall and 2-story staircase, including skylight, repainted. We had decided to make a change from our previous pale gold and cream color scheme to pale gray and cream, with darker gray accents. Our foyer staircase had been a combination of cream paint and a rather dark mahogany stain, with a dated floral runner in gold tone. We wanted to have the stairs stripped of stain and old runner and refreshed with a rich gray stain on the previously stained wood and a fresh coat of cream on the risers. We needed a company that could comfortably work with our two-story spaces. Our contracted work would include two coats of paint on walls, ceilings and beams, trim, metal spiral staircase and railing (special paint) and any needed repair work to walls, ceilings and vents. I prefer to work as locally as possible. I didn’t have much luck with when I asked for any referrals for painters from local tradesmen that we routinely work . One reason was that I was told that the companies that they had success with were so sought after and had such a full schedule that is could be difficult to even get call backs from them. I took to the review websites. After a day or two of research, I thought I had found a good match for our project. I really liked all that I read about a company in my town that had consistently fine reviews, 360 Improvements. The reviews included some of the specialty treatments or structural components that our project had, such as stripping / staining wood and working with two-story spaces. The clients that owner Oscar Santos had worked with had expressed satisfaction with Oscar and his crew in a number of key areas; work ethic, keeping a clean and professional worksite, timely and prompt schedules and general attention to detail and communication. I experienced that same quality of workmanship in our project from start to finish. We called Oscar for an estimate and he returned our call that same day. We had a written estimate from him within 2 days. After tweaking the contract with a few items that I had neglected to mention in our consult, on July 30 we had a contract that we were very satisfied with. After consulting both our schedules and Oscars, we set a date for work to begin on Sept. 30th, with a maximum finish date of October 11th. Oscar and his crew arrived just as scheduled on Sept 30th, at 9am on the dot as arranged. Our floors were fully and securely papered from front entrance and throughout worksite, the larger pieces of furniture we hadn’t moved ourselves had either been moved carefully/quickly to another room as we directed or covered with plastic tarps, and scaffolding was being assembled - all by 9:45! It was impressive, to say the least. Throughout the project crew members were considerate and careful in their work. Their workmanship was consistently neat and professional. Oscar or crew were always quick to answer questions and address any concerns. They showed up each day on the dot, worked quickly and quietly, and cleaned their worksite and adjusted their tarps at the end of the day so that we could still use some of the space. The work on the foyer staircase that was to be sanded, stained and varnished was contracted out to a trusted colleague of Oscar’s. The contractor, Carlos Vasquez, offered suggestions re: the paint/stain configuration, which after viewing some similar pieces online, we adopted for our project. He was patient in custom mixing the stain and experimenting until he was able to concoct the exact color we were hoping for. And when a last coat of varnish dried with a slightly irregular finish, Oscar came to the house immediately to see the issue and the subcontractor worked quickly to fixed it to our complete satisfaction. The contractor also tweaked a finish change that we asked for after the fact. He also did it at no charge to cover any inconvenience for the small trouble with the finish. It was a point of pride to see that his work was done well; and it absolutely was. Oscar was at the job site for the entire painting project, but for a few hours when he was needed one afternoon to give an estimate on another project. The work was completed 4 full days ahead of time. The price we paid was very reasonable. I highly recommend Oscar’s company, 360 Improvements of Warrenville. He and his crew made a stressful home project go as quickly and smoothly as possible. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Oscar is very professional and always shows up when he says he will. He is a great communicator and returns texts, calls and quotes back in a very timely manor. I have used 360 Design at my rental unit and they were very accommodating to my tenants schedule. I would 100% recommend this company if you are doing a Huge renovation or need some minor home improvement needs.

Company arrived at the scheduled time to start working. They set up shop in my garage. They even went the extra mile to cover my wife’s car so it wouldn’t get dusty with the work. They also cover an opening to my basement so no dirt would enter there. Once the work was done the owner himself supervised the work and made sure that the area was clean and complete to my liking. The level of professionalism was adobe and beyond. I will definitely will hire this company again.

Quality work at a fair price.

Oscar was the greatest! He stayed closely in touch through the whole process of estimate through installation. We got held up for a day by Home Depot, but Oscar and his assistant worked long hours to finish on time. He's very punctual and the quality of his work is fantastic. He also kept the dust to a minimum and kept the whole area as clean as possible. I will absolutely hire him for my next project.

Oscar was awesome. He was very responsive from day 1 when I first reached out to him about replacing my kitchen wall backsplash. He showed up on time just as scheduled and was very courteous and friendly. As the work began, we realized that I had underestimated how much tile backsplash I needed and therefore did not have enough. Oscar went above and beyond and was kind enough to drive to Home Depot to pick up some additional tile as well as other material to fix unrelated work needing to be done to my interior kitchen sink cabinet wall that Oscar said he could help repair for me. His price was more than fair for all this work when other contractors would have charged twice as much. Best part is that everything turned out amazing and I’m loving my new backsplash! I would most definitely recommend Oscar and 360 Improvements to others and will be using them again!

I would highly recommend 360 Improvements. We had them complete a remodel of our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. As such, we had a chance to see their workmanship in: carpentry, cabinetry, flooring, drywall, painting, electrical and plumbing. In all facets they did very well and they are very reasonably priced. Oscar and his staff work long hours to ensure timely completion and they do it with precision. We feel very fortunate to have found Oscar through Angie’s List.

Oscar was clear with what needed to get and came through with both is estimate on cost and delivery schedule. He even went above and beyond and did some painting that was not part of the original discussion. Will be using Oscar again soon.

The work was done quickly, and proper precautions were taken care of before and after work was done to make sure the work made minimal mess. The pricing was very reasonable, and Oscar was friendly, flexible, and responsive in working together. He was excellent in helping meet my needs in a tight time frame. I have already recommended him to a friend for tile work, and plan to use him for future projects at my home.

The shower floor was showing some damage and 360 Improvements was able to fix my problem on very short notice with professionalism and great craftsmanship.

We hired Oscar for a complete basement remodel in our 1904 home with stone foundation. We solicited 5 or so quotes before settling on Oscar and the main reason we chose him was because of his excellent communication, timeliness, and unparalleled professionalism. Oscar quoted 3 weeks from start to finish, and the job was completed in 3 weeks and 2 days. That's pretty great. Oscar is not just an owner, he is also on the job site everyday. He is the first one here and the last one to leave, and he and his team seriously work hard, putting in 10-12 hour days routinely. As mentioned, his communication with us was wonderful and assuring. Any question we had, Oscar was happy to discuss immediately. We were very impressed. What puts Oscar and his company in a league of their own is his true LOVE of his job. We could tell that Oscar was thinking about little details all the time, really listened to our requests, and suggested many improvements that we never would have thought of. For example, we decided to leave the main beam in the basement ceiling exposed as a cool feature to show the age of our home (1904) and to give the basement a bit of character. Oscar suggested that we also wrap the support posts in reclaimed wood and then came back and suggested an entire reclaimed wood wall to hide the water valve shut off. These details really made the basement cohesive and unique...blending the new and the old in such a classy way, we honestly could not be more happy with the result. Finding a contractor you trust is not an easy task. We have other projects that need to be completed, but won't be soliciting any other quotes as I trust Oscar to give me a fair price, to really listen to me, and to deliver an excellent finished product. I could not recommend Oscar and his company more. As he said to me, give him the chance to show you how much he LOVES his job. You won't be disappointed.
