"I apologize that you feel that way but we did way more than what you wanted to pay for. You complained the entire time and yet I did extra work like plumbing, picking up your materials for free, getting all the things you needed when we agreed before hand that that would be your responsibility. I even finished off some work that your carpet guy failed to complete and I was never paid extra for that work done. The extra “corner” piece that you speak of was because whoever installed your boilers put them in after the flooring and that little corner piece was in the back of the boiler and pretty hard to reach or even install. I did the work you asked me to complete and you wanted me to complete extra work that was not agreed on and that you refused to pay for. I don’t understand why you say my work was “not up to par” when this is not the first job I have completed for you and yet we were about to complete your kitchen as well but I have been extremely busy which pushed it a bit behind. Again I do apologize if we upset you."
"Thank you so much for your review. It was great working with you and I am glad you were satisfied !"
