360 Painting

Excellent I purchased services on Sunday and they called me and set up an appointment on Monday. I was very pleased with the service!

The guys worked very hard taking wallpaper down, prepping the surfaces, and then, they finally were able to paint. There were a few things missed, but they came right back and fixed it. Nate is not only a great guy, but a terrific supervisor and worker.

James and the crew were awesome. Excellent job, clean, quick and professional.

James Watson required a $1000 deposit for a $2000 quote. He arrived as scheduled with a crew to powerwash the areas to be painted. The actual painting took place a week later and was done by a sub-contractor, Family Painting of Winston-Salem. There were problems with communication and supervision. James arrived for the painting and left supervision to Jose from Family Painting. He, in turn, left not to return. I found it necessary to supervise the two men here, who were pleasant and willing to please. Late in the day I checked to find they had not painted the front porch completely and called them back as they were loading their ladders. James Watson never called or conducted a final inspection. The quality of the work done was good as were the materials used. Both the power washers and painters took care to protect plants and cleaned up after completing their work.

In may he painted my interior to help prepare for the sale of my home. At first the job looked beautiful. A few months later the paint began to peel from the walls. I contacted in October aso my house was set to sale. He said he would return to fix the peeling walls and would use stronger primer. As of today, 2 weeks after we talked he has not returned nor answered my calls. I am concerned because my house sell was supposed to close next week but won't pass the walk thru now. Frantically trying to find a painter I'll have to pay now to fix these two walls that are peeling. My walls are plaster not drywall and that requires specific primer. All of which we discussed prior to job. Update He contacted me on 10/16/16 and let me know he had experienced a personal emergency and was apologetic. He arrived that day to begin the work to correct the issue and completed it the following morning before the closing on my house. While the initial lack of response was of great concern, he did make it right by contacting and working on a sunday to complete.

After some initial confusion regarding contacting us from the purchase through Angie's List, the process was smooth. The scope of work changed after the initial special was purchased. The scope was discussed, pricing agreed to and work promptly commenced. Were responsive when concerns were identified.

They painted... their truck broke down... left the truck over night on property. Left the front door wide open of the empty rental home (painted Thursday) arrived to the rental home Saturday morning.... house full of stray cats. Truck still out front of the property. NO RECEIPT left for the job done.

Excellent! Mr James Watson and his team of professionals did a terrific job. I would HIGHLY recommend them. This home had been rented and I needed to get it ready to sell. The renter's daughter had hung floor to ceiling pictures from magazines with nail polish. There were gouges and holes in walls,doors and ceilings. Nothing fazed Mr. Watson and his team and they diagnosed each problem and fixed it correctly so that at the end of his contracted time, the home "looked like new". In addition, he was able to help when we found the tenant had not advised us that door frames were leaking and rotted not only the door frames, but the kitchen floor. He was helpful in guiding me a vendor that could have reasonable priced flooring, which he picked up, then repaired the rotted floors and had someone lay the new kitchen floor. Many other problems were discovered, that Mr. Watson took upon himself to help remedy. His team also did the powerwashing of the exterior of the home and both interior and exterior window cleaning.All of this was done in a tight timeframe and they worked nights and on the weekend to make sure it was done on time and on budget. Mr. Watson's price was 15% below the next lower bidder I had quotes for. He is reliable, professional and cost effective!!!

Excellent from the start! The owner came out and even helped me select the appropriate color based on lighting in the room, and palette of the works that would displayed. He was very knowledgeable about paint color and assured in his recommendations. <br />The crew arrived on-time and began working. They were prepared, unobtrusive, extremely polite and fast. They made wall repairs, sanded the walls painted the space and were gone in a couple of hours. I was impressed because they chose to paint the space by hand so I thought it would take much longer, but they had a good system. <br />I would not only use 360 painting again, they are the ONLY painters I will use... Ever! Great company with solid workers and a well organized, pleasant and hands on proprietor. <br /> <br />The company performed a large exterior job for us in April of 2015 and did an incredible job there as well. They followed all of the right steps to insure the quality of the paint job and their prices can't be beat. <br /> <br />Great company!

Things went great. The previous owners left a mess with the walls. There was a crazy dark paint on the walls and sparkle everywhere. He was able to come in and fix it. Her walls came out perfectly.

The crews working for 360 Painting were professional and worked hard while here.  James Watson, the owner, was here to check on progress every day and was happy to answer all of our questions and address all of our concerns.  He was easy to work with and very pleasant.  On the final day, we pointed out those areas we thought needed to be addressed.  Mr. Watson and his crew stayed and addressed all of our concerns in a very positive manner.  We never felt that James nor his crew resented fixing mistakes - they all took pride in their work.
