Horrible job! Had them paint my home. They left large steps/areas of paint all over my deck. I had to pay to have removed recently when having my deck sealed. When painting the front door, got paint on the hardwood floor but I was able to get it up. Had Christmas decorations out, they tore two strands of lights in half, busted a light on another strand and pulled an anchor out of a blow up decoration and it would no longer stay inflated. Things happen when you have jobs done but I could not imagine this having gone any worse. Crew was clearly horrible.

Our experience with Bruce Brady and his crew headed by Luis was excellent. They worked hard and were professional in every way. They had to do a few repairs and that was great.

In October 2017, 360 Painting of North Georgia painted the exterior of our house, and at first, it looked good. However, after less than three years, the paint failed on the trim below the roof line in several areas. I called the company to see what could be done, and on October 6, 2020, the owner, Rich Groark, and Drew, an employee, came out for an inspection. Rich took pictures of the affected areas and recorded details from the leftover paint containers. He said he'd consult with his Sherwin Williams representative and get back to me in a day or two. After eight days with no response, I called the company and left a message for Rich. No response. I called again on October 16 and was given Drew's cell phone number. My call wasn't returned. I called again on October 19, was given Rich's cell phone number, called and left a message, but again, no response. In summary, I paid this company over $4,900 for an exterior paint job that lasted less than three years, and gave them a chance to fix the problem, and they were unresponsive. I think that tells you all you need to know about 360 Painting of North Georgia. Update: After I sent this review to the Better Business Bureau on 10/21/20, they forwarded it to 360 Painting, and Drew called me immediately, asking what he could do to make it right. I said no thanks, based on my initial experience with their company, I would hire another company to fix the problem. And that's what I did.

Arrived when they said they would

Initially, 360 Painting (Jon) was very professional and responsive... but that changed when the project was winding down. 1)The painters left gobs of paint on windows and denied having done so fortunately, before and after pictures showed otherwise ¦ and, when someone came back to remove the paint left on the windows, the task was only partially completed there is still paint on windows. 2)Cleanup after the project was not thorough fragments of wood and paint shavings were left in front yard and under the back deck. 3)Throughout the project and during cleanup, the workers used another contractors removable trash bin to dump their trash instead of their own something that we now have to pay the other contractor for out of our own pocket (those companys charge by pound and volume). 4)360 Painting also stained our deck and agreed to put a stabilizer under the deck as a part of the project, but that was not completed. Even though I had thorough conversations with 360 Painting (Jon and Rich) regarding work not performed, all subsequent calls, text messages, and emails to 360 Painting (Jon and Rich) have gone unanswered. My advice: do not make final payment until you are completely satisfied with the work performed a huge mistake on our part.

Exceptional service. John Stephens came out and gave me a quote. He was very personable and professional, plus he was able to give me a detailed quote after describing the job. I had two other bids and it took days to get my quote. Work was done on time, on budget and great quality. Highly recommend and will use again.

Humberto Acabal and his nephew Frank Acabal were in charge of the work and the crew. Humberto is a very good carpenter and Frank knows how to paint. Rich and Jon worked with them to see that I got what I needed. I have always painted my own house and repaired it, so I know what pleases me. This job was A+.

Not the cheapest option, but reasonably competitive. The crew on the job was fine, cleaned up after themselves, and requested a walk-around / review, before they left.

The sales process was awesome! Very thorough and quick turnaround after we met to look at the job. The crew were on time and did a great job. They completed the project in one day. We will use them again.

This is the second painting company I hired and they were much better than I expected. The workmanship and attention to detail really impressed me. They painted the interior of my house and I will definitely call them when I paint the exterior.
