We worked with Ms. Samantha to install Christmas lights on the house. She was awesome- professional, personable, knowledgeable, and punctual. They honor military Veterans and our Active Force and provided us with a great military discount. We'll use them again next year and will consider them for interior/exterior painting in the future.

360 Painting did an AWESOME job transforming the interior of our house. Their entire production and painting crew were great and easy to work with. They painted our 2700 sq ft home (14 rooms) in a week. We are 110% satisfied with the results of their work and will be looking to use them again to paint the outside of our house. They are not the cheapest, but if you want TOP QUALITY for your money, chose 360 Painting.

John, the owner came by every day. Cam, his supervisor, also came by every day to bring supplies to the painters and deliver lunch to them. The painters were very experienced, pleasant to work with, and got the job done one day earlier than expected. We will have them back in a few months to paint the second floor.

I would recommend this painting team to anyone and everyone. They were consummate painting professionals. Their attention to detail was impressive. If there was a section in the bathroom that needed re-caulking, they would re-caulkl it. They also patched holes and cracks without being asked. One of our walls just didnâ t look quite right, the lead painter Sean decided, without me having to ask, that he was going to add another coat and make sure it looked right. I was impressed. We are really happy the way our new home looks and feels!

Company sub-contracted company (Marr Painting) through 360 painting. Contractor did not hook up washing machine properly paint is peeling off in every room and used vacuum without permission and broke it

"Nicole is a valued customer, as all our customers are. We have been in this business a very long time and strive to please every customer to a 100% satisfaction goal. But, sometimes no matter what you do the customer cannot be a 100% satisfied. It is industry standard practice to sub-contract our painting crews. Your contract is with 360 Painting Gastonia-Rock hill and we are an independent franchisee of 360 Painting and are independently owned and operated and fully insured. Regarding this project, Nicole has had, and still continues to hire several different contractors to complete work around her home. She had a contractor come before us to remove her popcorn ceilings. Leaving the ceilings with drywall damage and unremoved popcorn. Our company being the next up on her list proceeded with what is agreed upon between both parties, signature included. Our scope of work was to come in after mud/sand and paint the ceilings. With the additions of painting the walls in the main living areas. Our estimator and proposal are very clear and outline the scope of work that is to be completed. Before beginning the project, our color consultant helped the homeowner with colors, ?free of charge?, where it was noted that trim & doors are not included in the proposal. The proposal in bold outlines walls & ceilings only. The homeowner assumed trim & doors are defined as walls. Nevertheless, after our original scope of work was complete, that being the only thing left to make our customer 100% satisfied we went ahead and applied 2 coats on all trim and doors in the areas we painted ?Free of Charge?. Please note Nicole threatened to post bad reviews on all our websites if we did not refund her or paint the trim and & doors. The washing machine was moved and apparently the hose came out from the drain and when she used it some water got on her floor. We cleaned up the water and removed the carpet for her, as she was already planning to have her floors replaced once the painting was completed. The vacuum was offered to the crews by Nicole. Nicole then told us the vacuum was broken, we offered to buy her a new one. Like any other company we asked to inspect it before replacing it with a new vacuum?No response from Nicole. After completion Nicole signed off on all the work -Paid in full, tipped the crew, and from what we thought she was 100% satisfied. This all came up at a later date, along with a request of a full refund. We will continue to try and make her 100% satisfied."

They scraped the popcorn ceilings and were attentive to every detail, explaining every bit of the process. They also painted a couple of bedrooms and did an excellent job. Elias, Reynaldo, Belinda, and Lila were all so helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and professional! I could not ask for a better experience! They were so easy to work with, so helpful with deciding paint color( and I couldn't be happier with the color we picked ), and they did the job in a timely manner. Everyone was so friendly! The level of professionalism is top notch! Also, our quote was very reasonable and affordable! This was seriously one of the easiest companies I have ever worked with. They made this experience fun and hassle-free for us. We absolutely LOVE how the project turned out! It's amazing the transformation and how the new paint color looks! I could stare at it for house! 360 Painting was very professional and easy to work with. They were able to schedule us in quickly and finished the job in the time they estimated. We felt like we were in good hands from the beginning virtual tour (due to COVID-19), with expertise color consulting, a great painting crew, and multiple check-ins throughout the process to make sure we were happy with the work performed and if we needed anything or had questions. We would definitely consider 360 Painting with any other needs we have in the future (given this is a new house for us)!
