The job was replace of two posts for 6 feet fence. I was told the post went ground 3.25feet deep, I asked to show the length of posts he bought, he was mad at my simple request and yelled why I did not trust him. I said I m remote and need to do certain level of quality control. Additionally it was raining in 10 hours, he did not covered the concrete from rain.

This investor did not want to pay and made up every excuse not to pay to the point of us having to file theft of services and a lean on her house. The fence post min 2 foot in the ground per regulation her previous fence that was snapped was 1.5 I told her we dug down deeper and put extra concrete somehow she got we buried it 3.5 I told her around 2.5 to 3 we did not measure with extra fast dry 30 min concrete we used 4by 6 treated rather than 4 x4 to give more stability the price was quoted her a fair price to complete job she only paid $100. And told us to wait for the rest. We told her we did not do the job on credit. 5 days later still h

Mike ?Byron? has been such a great find. He and Kelly have helped with a lot of our projects after moving into a home. Switching out lights, installing g a full 8 ft. Door with a doggy door, patching a ceiling my husband fell through on inspection day, hauling debris away, hanging neon signs, shelving brackets/shelves. He?s very meticulous about his work. Gives fair estimate, price and shows up to do the work. His communication is great too. As soon as we have more projects we will be in touch again. The powder room is next! Kelly and Mike are also pet lovers. They were super careful to make sure our dog and cats were safe during times when the doors had to be open. And once a car went missing - she was hiding in the house - but he spent time looking for her. As a pet parent - that means the world. When I tell Murphy Kelly and Mike are coming. He watches for them and is greeted with love.

I recently had the pleasure of using US Metro Handyman for a computer upgrade and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service provided. He was incredibly polite and knowledgeable, clearly explaining the process and options available to me. What impressed me most was his flexibility in working around my schedule and his dedication to completing the job as promised.
