I wish I could give negative stars. These guys ripped us off in the most epic way. Gil convinced us he could fix our mini split instead of replacing it. We paid him $5000 in cash to pressure test the system, find all the leaks and add new freon. He claimed this would last us at least another five years. However, this summer, the first time we turned on the AC there was no cold air coming out. We reached out to Gil since we were still under warranty and tried to get him to come back. He dodged our calls for over a week and finally sent someone out who was here for less than 10 minutes. They claimed that the system sprung a new leak which was total BS. Gil said he would try to get us a credit for half the cost to put into a new system shockingly I never heard back from him. We had a new company come and check this out afterwards and they said all the valves were leaking. Nothing was ever fixed. Don?t trust these guys, they are total scammers.

Fast and professional

After working with Gil Karni of 365 Kool for over 2 years I cannot recommend that anyone do business with Gil or his company. I paid Gil over $7000 to select & install a new WSHP console unit in my apartment and, from day one, the unit he installed never worked properly. Having spent as much as I did, I asked Gil for his help troubleshooting. Throughout the course of our relationship, Gil repeatedly ignored my calls or would tell me that he'd call me back only for me to hear nothing until I called again. Rather than try to help me, Gil pushed the blame of my problems to the building's water supply--even though my other unit, and neighbors' other units, operated normally. The way that Gil operates his business--ignoring customers' concerns and brushing off blame to others--is deserving of a poor review. I hope that others will read about my experience and think twice about working with Gil.

After speaking with Gil, who took the time to explain and breakdown what his company would do for our furnace that needed a major cleaning, we decided to go with him. His guys came out to inspect it for themselves and were very professional and well equipped to do the job. I have not had service like this in a long time. 356 Kool did a great job from start to finish. Perfect company for quick and accurate response.

365Kool did a great Job from start to finish was leaving town on a Saturday 2/13/21 boiler started malfunctioning on Wednesday 2/10/21 explained to Gil at 365Kool my situation didn't want to return to home to busted water pipes. Gil had a great deal of knowledge about boilers and water heaters, and promised he could install both water heater and boiler in 1 day which was that Friday 2/12/21 and kept his promise. My vacation was worry free, return to a warm home the following week, Thank you Gil at 365Kool

Had failure of the Boiler Auto Feed that caused water to come up through the system. Company was able to get a Tech to us quickly on a cold day and was able to remedy the condition quickly

Did not solve or identify my problem.

Unfortunately they did not follow up on a concern I share with them after the work was completed.I sent a review of the techs from the perspective of the tenant.Also the tech said that there was a cap or cover that they couldn't find ,but they assured her that they would get one and have it installed.We've heard nothing.

Our A/C unit needed freon as it was not cooling to capacity. I called for service on a Sat. and they arrived within a few hours as scheduled by their dispatcher. They added the freon, cleaned both of our condensers, and we decided to add a leak guard product so as not to have this issue next year. Joe and Gill, in the office, were professional and friendly as were the the technicians. I would highly recommend them and they will be our go to A/C and heating company should the need arise in the future!

Their staff members were very calm over the phone call and properly listened to my needs.We had scheduled a same day appointment last week and now AC is working fine. Reasonable prices and the amazing customer service.

Indeed, love to assign them 5 stars on the reviewing platform. Mostly I never like to give anyone ratings or commenting them for their products. But 365kool made me compelled to write a review for them. They handled the overall issue of ac repair at a great ease and in a smooth way. I felt more fulfilled and satisfied by taking a decision to hire them.

Thanks a lot for the installation of high efficient cooling system at my home. And the things most matteris that you provide such a satisfactory service at the time of Covid-19. Even some of the contractors directly deny that they are not providing services in this hard time. But you guys nailed it. Fully careful and take all the precautions as much as you can. Highly appreciated performance.

Their crew members were perfect in replacing the faulty parts of my central air conditioner. Services were truly flawless and impeccable.

Made it clear they wanted the job (water heater). Were punctual and kept in touch.

The team was very professional. they came on time surveyed the project and diagnosed the problem quickly, We discussed the cost, ordering parts and they followed up the following day and fixed the problem

Be aware of their pricing!!! I felt like I got lied to. They quoted me 6-8 hours worth of work but it only took them 2 hrs to complete the job for $1400.00 to re-pitch a split type air conditioner unit. Too expensive. I complained about the pricing and they promised me a one year AC service contract which I am still waiting for.

Spectacular work. They quickly fixed my furnace in no time. Gill also gave me the several advices that I can adopted for the better performance of furnace. So pleased with his erudite and kind attitude.

Called them out at my house to look at my ac. I met with so many dishonest contractors but they are the one whom you can trust.  Ac is working properly now and I am so thankful for the great visit they had done to my house. It was a joyful experience in dealing with them.

Technicians of this company were very polite and courteous. They deal with us very patiently and completed the heat pump repairing work with utmost fortitude. Definitely call back these folks.
