I posted a long review. They must have deleted it. I was charged an extra $100 than the price originally quoted. Essentially, Jonathan stopped several times during the course of his work to take personal and business calls. Then started to rush at the end by saying, "I have to leave. The door was locking properly until I told him to change the strike plate! This should not have been necessary - he's the locksmith not me! I was fully prepared not to pay him. I would hire 365 again only because Matthew (I guess he's the owner) seemed very nice and professional over the phone, but I would request a different technician.

More money than I thought but Locksmith was a true professional.

The work was done promptly and with skill. He made sure the lock was in correctly and made sure I approved of the quality of his work. It was an emergency because we were leaving the next day and needed our front door lock fixed to ensure the house sitter could get in. The worker came promptly, had all the needed equipment to manage the depth and size of the lock for my thick old front door. The sitter confirmed that the door was no problem and I felt such relief!
