Keep Smiling Plumbing, Electric, Heating & Cooling

A1 service and communication

Leo was our specialist and he was very good and quick

they were great, responsive, nice guy and fixed the problem the very next day

Keep Smiling Company was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Will be calling them again if needed. Thx

He fixed my faucet but left a hole in the wall and wouldn't fix it.

The technician explained everything he was doing, he was personable, presented options to me, exceeded my expectations, I like how he was thorough and willing to make changes.

went well and i am satisified.

Thank you!

I had an issue start last night on 8/3/26, I was contacted this morning by the office by phone call and asked if I still need service. By 930 or so Aaron showed up. Aaron is very polite and answered any question I had about the job so I proceeded with them. To me it was a catastrophic issue that needed immediate attention. Aaron completed the job of my entire upstairs drains being clogged with a few hours. I see some reviews stating they are pricey and that could very well be since I did want to wait around for multiple quotes that could have taken an extra day I went with them since they were the most responsive. Im happy that I am now back up and running, with multiple people in my home it was crucial to have the bathrooms back up and running. Thanks Aaron you made me feel at ease about allowing you into my home to help fix this issue.

The plumber who came out was very professional, very personable, easy to talk to, and very patient. He explained everything, and I was happy to do business with a person like that.

They didn?t finish the first day , they called and canceled on the second day or no one called on day 3. The young lady called on the 5 th day say the were headed my way. She assumed I would be home. I informed her that I told the guy that the past week was my only free time. I wasn?t available. Then she was no longer nice. Oh well, I completed the work myself.

Job was completed quickly and efficiently. Technician gave me a very good deal and even helped with another problem. Would recommend

Great experience and very happy with the work quality

The pro was respectful, courteous, and finished the job quickly.

Experienced, friendly, and on time.

Work done ok.

Very professional and competed project in a timely manner.

Did a great job

Good service but very overpriced and that number is a secret along with charging you a consultation fee if you don?t go for it.

Technician Christian and Christopher were very professional and explained every step of the job. Made me feel at ease.

Power is not working

"Very expensive, for one faucet he charged me $500.00. After doing some researched I found this too be much too expensive. He left a mess in my home. I am not too happy. I would not recommend."

Christian Ward was amazing! He did an excellent work on a very tough job. We'll be calling you again soon. Thanks.
