We had 3B do more than put a new floor down, they ripped up the old and fixed the joists to lay a new floor for us. They also replaced our staircase (which friends and family continuously complement us for). They're super sturdy! We also had all of the trim removed, replaced and painted. We had carpet installed in the bedrooms and ultimately they repainted our entire upstairs living space. I would highly recommend 3B for reliability, efficiency and overall great communicators if we had questions!!

They were very responsive. Prompt and on time. Got the work done quickly and capably -- and for a good price. I was very pleased.

Marvin was great to work with. I kept putting off this deck project because every contractor I met with couldn't articulate how they'd handle the rebuild and questioned why I wouldn't just replace the deck boards. Marvin completely understood what I was trying to accomplish and why the stair stringers needed to be replaced, explained how he was going to approach the project, was well versed in the composite products available, and his estimate was not only fair but he was transparent with material costs. All in all a great job and experience! He and his crew worked for 2 days straight to get the project done and left the work site and driveway cleaner than when they arrived. And...the true mark of a professional is when there aren't rogue screws or nails anywhere...especially in the driveway!

I called Marvin from 3B after my previous contractor was under massive delays and majorly over budget. I noticed Marvin was less of a fast talker and more calm and composed about his demeanor. I really liked this about him as in my experience contractors that spend more time talking end up not delivering. Our project required removal of support walls, over 5,000 sq ft renovations, new floors, bathrooms, kitchen, drywall, paint, trim, stairs, ceiling, insulation, siding, windows, doors, etc. Essentially a new build construction style gut. He was excellent with managing budget, time and delivered custom high quality.

This contractor came in with an estimate half of several others, but that wasn't the reason I hired them. Marvin was at a job, when HomeAdvisor contacted him with my job. He emailed me immediately, and came after he finished the work he was doing to give an estimate. And he said he thought, since it was a smallish job he could fit into his schedule within the next couple of days.

Marvin was extremely professional. He understood my requirements and deliver above expectations services. He repaired the damage to my deck and was able to help me with other unrelated problem. He was reasonably price and provide great quality work. I highly recommend him and I will be using again for other repairs to my home. Thanks Marvin for doing a great job.

Marvin's team were exceptionally professional, timely, and hardworking. Marvin told me that he had recently started his company and was working on building on his certifications. I share this particular point because he's a great value, all of the experience that comes with Long Fencing with none of the overhead. He walked me through all the new codes (home built in 1985, deck re-built in 1999, and our addition and reinforcement in 2018). Great job and yes, I would hire his team again! It was refreshing to have a contractor come in on budget and on time. We've been working on making this home ours since we moved in three years ago and have worked with at least a dozen contractors and have had proposals from at least fifty. I'm keeping B3 in my hip pocket.
