3 Boys is awesome. We have been searching for dependable and qualified appliance repair people for a while. We found them. 3 Boys is punctual, honest, and trustworthy. Their work is quality work. They do not try to upsale you on other items. Great company and wonderful employees.

They were courteous on the telephone and at my residence. I called on a Thursday and they came on a Monday. The repairman went to a wrong address in a different city but finally arrived. He quickly found the problem. The washing machines agitator had to be ordered from Dallas. I was told the part would be in next date (Feb 26th) and they would return in two days to make repair. On March 8th the repair was made. The delay came from them having problems in making pickup of the part from where it was delivered in Houston to delivery at their business. The repair was made within 30 minutes of the techs arrival. He was professional, courteous, and respectful. If it were not for their problem in picking up their ordered parts, I would have given them a 5 Star rating. Would I use them again? Yes.
