Hired them to replace my bathroom ceiling and vanity/faucet. They did a great job and the price was very reasonable.

Brad called me within minutes of me submitting my information online and came out to give a free estimate within an hour. And it was on a weekend. Shortly after, he submitted a detailed estimate and I accepted it over two other local contractors. Brad got in really quick to get the work started. He went above and beyond. They were friendly and a pleasure to work with. The paint on the exterior of our house was in a pretty bad state. They transformed it and it looks like a new house. We've had positive comments from people walking on the sidewalk and neighbors. I plan on hiring Brad again for some other projects.

Very nice guy but his work was just unacceptable. He took longer than expected, and when he said he was done it was obvious he was not. He had mudded over the entire electrical sockets, mudded most screws but left others untouched. Gouges in the dry wall were left and lines were uneven. Cuts around sockets , fixtures and windows were not even. He even completely dry walled over the cable outlet so i had to cut into the dry wall to find it. It was like he gave up and really had nothing to say when confronted ab out all the issues. Clean up was pretty minimal, he had his dog with him without out asking and let him on the couch leaving doggy dry way dust prints all over. The dog also destroyed all my dogs toys that were there. He never asked or said anything about the dog and damage done until I brought it up. I also just founded damaged property that he just put back on a shelf in hopes that I would not notice. I'm very unsatisfied with the work and ethic. I hired him based on his ratings on this site and am very dissatisfied. With the amount of time I took to fix his work I would have been better off doing the entire job myself. Like I said very nice guy, but very unprofessional.

Thank you 3B's Contracting. I am very pleased with the new shower. The work is good and it was done with the least intrusion on my daily life. They were neat and cleaned up very well after work each day and at the end of the job. The job was done as I wanted with very few changes. If they did suggest something different, it usually improved on what I had envisioned and was usually cheaper. A few things were done extra for free. This I appreciated very much. I would recommend them highly.

Very friendly and punctual. Willing to do the extra. Worked steady until the job was done.

Brad contacted me the same day I checked his company on line. He came the same day to see the jobs I had lined up. 2 days later he came with an assistant to do the work. He even picked up my order at Lowes for me. The work was done satisfactorily and he was conscientious about cleaning up as they worked. Will definitely use his company again and have already recommended him to friends and neighbors.

Brad has been wonderful to work with and I look forward to having a continuing business relationship with 3B's. I cannot say enough great things about this company.

Brad called back within 30 min of my SOS call re: water heater. Set up visit for next day (Sunday). I was nervous about hiring someone unknown to me, informed friends who offered to do for free, but preferred to go with professional. So glad I did. He arrived with Steve, had picked up new water heater from Lowes, replaced and waited to make sure all was working well. They had old one removed, I couldn't have been more pleased with service and cost...very reasonable. I will be calling them back 2009 to work on other projects.

Performed work above and beyond the contract requirements, worked in severe weather conditions, completed the job in a timely and professional manner.

Brad Barton is a gentleman and a man who cares about the quality of his work. He takes the time to make sure you are happy with his work. He is a polite & courteous individual. I am very pleased with the painting job he did on my cabin on Lake Champlain. He was on time for every appointment he made. I recommend Brad to everyone.

I have a boat access property in the adirondacks and it took some coordination with Brad to make this happen. Brad was thorough, polite and cleaned everything with no mess. He painted my camp and did a very good job.
