3C Construction

These guys were amazing. They worked in freezing weather to get the job done. They did a really good job.

Very professional and fixed my fence that another person had messed up! I’m very pleased!!!!

Responsive, on time, efficient

Clay and Essie were so helpful and had great ideas to make our gazebo perfect. They are great people and showed up when then said they would, on time and hard working.

Great work-fair price-and FAST! I have a short mental list of real go-getters. These guys are on it.

Super friendly and gave us a bid immediately. Faster than anyone else in this area. Wonderful People!

Friendly, professional and honest. Excellent job.

Highly recommended. They are affordable and work hard to ensure you are satisfied with the product.

Nothing else to say. Did the job on time at a good price and friendly service.

They called me back on a Sunday! They came the next day and did excellent work. They replaced hardware on two of my doors and now they work better than they did when the doors were first installed. I hired them to do some painting and hang new gutters and the work was also excellent. They are prompt, honest and take geniune pride in their work. I would hire them again any time.

RELIABLE, ON TIME, GOOD QUALITY, COURTEOUS

Wonderful crew! Cleaned out my parents house. Respectful, hardworking, good communicators, affordable. I will use again and highly recommend!

I needed help cleaning out my parents’ hoarded home. I couldn’t have asked for a better crew. They were on time, communicated quickly and clearly, worked hard, were reasonably priced, and very friendly.

Let us start by saying Clay & Essie were very nice people and are probably good at small jobs. They came and looked at what we need done, which was a piece of soffit replaced outside, 2 holes in ceiling from water leaks fixed and back door reframed and new door put in. They were nice enough and picked up the new door. They worked all day on these projects and after we told them the door had gaps, they told us they would come back and finish the work. They came back and worked all day on the door. The next day I discovered that they stuffed the bottom door sill with insulation because there was an inch gap from floor to sill that you could see outside! They put the old wood back up, broke the inside trim, bent the storm door, took the sill from that door with them,so now it no longer shuts! They used interior paint on the outside soffit! They got spackle all over in the bedrooms where they fixed the ceiling. They asked for ceiling paint to paint the ceiling. They proceeded to paint my newly painted off white walls with white ceiling paint to cover up all the spackle! When we questioned them on these things they replied by saying "Boy I'm starting to feel like we aren't going to make you happy. I've tried real hard and sure feel like I've been nice. We will be back and will take care of the door and then we will not be working for you anymore." They didn't come back, but refunded part of what we paid them. We feel they bit off more then they could chew and would've preferred them to say this job is to big for us rather then tear things apart and not be able to fix it properly! We also have pictures for proof.

They were very timely with the estimate and the work performed. They are very prompt and respectful. The results are great. They are very conscientious of their work and of our intentions of the job.

Clay and his wife Essie were great and I felt very comfortable with them. They hung new hardware and mini blinds for me, and they even moved my furniture back in place and hung my curtains back up. We talked families and Thanksgiving plans, so I was very comfortable with them. In the future when I have jobs I will be calling them. Thank you and Happy Thanksgiving Clay and Essie!

We hired 3C Const to clean out our attic. They did a great job and even cleaned up behind themselves. Would definitely use them again and do recommend them for your future job.

3C- Construction, which is a husband and wife team who work well together and their combined knowledge is an asset for the company. I am pleased with my screened in patio which is something Iâ ve always wanted. I will have Clay and Essie back for other projects as my budget permits. They are pleasant, well mannered, in tune with your needs and wants, plus you feel safe having them in your homeâ ¦someone you would invite to dinner. They also repaired my sliding door...cat hair in places I couldn't reach.

Clay, and his wife were always on time and very professional! They did great quality work, and now are the only people my wife & I trust to get the job done right! We look forward to future projects with them, as they are our go to handymen!

I had a heavy mirror to hang. The owner and his wife arrived as scheduled & on time. They were personable, understood the project and had planned ahead to do the job during the initial visit. I will use them in the future and recommend the company. I wish them all the best for the quick turn around on my request. Very satisfied.

Very professional, honest, knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend them to everybody.

These people are great, good honest people and great work

Totally satisfied! Thanks for a job well done! Will call upon your business in the future.

I scheduled a pickup time within a couple of days of initial contact and they hauled off what I asked them to get. Friendly and very reasonably priced.

Very happy with their service hauling off stuff for the dump. On time and reasonably priced.
