Derek and his crew did a beautiful job painting the exterior stucco and shutters. They were neat and courteous. Dan removed a woodstove chimney that hasn't been used in years. Thank you! I was very pleased with the overall work done and my house looks like new!

Dan used the cheapest materials nails, not screws .after one year they are rusting and not spaced properly. the man must have been In training not supervised. I really hate my Deck. Today is sept.2 2022 Dan please rebuild my Deck the right way so I do not have to call MIKE Holmes Make It Right. I feel that this is a botched job. If anyone would like to come over and look at the lack of quality and workmanship that DAN From 3-D Construction did on my Deck I live in the Hammonton area Martin P

"This homeowner Carrie. I have done work for her several times over the years and no problems. We did a roof for her 5 years ago. There were no problems no leaks everything was fine. She was going to sell the property so she had a home inspector inspect the house. He pointed out some issues with other sections of the roof that we did not do. So Carrie wanted us to give her $3500 to reimburse the new homeowner for bad work that the previous roofer had done. So we went to court I told the judge want to happen and he ruled in my favor. I did not have to pay anything. So Carrie is lying about everything. She is upset. And the other thing is we."

Derek does a great job of communicating and following through during the entire project. Prices are reasonable and the work is well done. They are a full service company that can do a variety of projects. I will keep them in mind for future work.

Everything went well. They communicated with me on the days they would be there and any delays which may happen. The workers cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. My house looks great. The price was good.

They were not timely in working on the job. The man doing the sheet rock was sloppy. He had compound on the floors and baseboards, and left it there. did not clean up after himself.. The contractor used my hand truck to move my refrigerator back into the kitchen when he was finished and bent the door of it and put a hole in the door. He was nowhere near timely about doing my job. When I asked hin if the wall tile was seconds, he told me NO. When I went to the store to buy more of the tile to complete where the did not finish, I found that the tile was seconds. IHe made no effort to compensate me for the damaged fridge door. I would rate them as wood butchers at best. When Dan first gave me the estimate, he told me he had his own dumpster. When he was finished he tried to leave all the trash behind. He then said he did not tell me he had a dumpster, and if he had, he would have had to charge me another $ 1,000. dollars because he would have to rent one. he then told me he did not have one of his own.

"Mr. N. [Consumer name withheld at their request] is saying things that are untrue. Yes,I used his hand truck, but I did not scratch his fridge. He wanted me to buy him a new fridge. And he never showed me the scratch, he couldn't find it. I told Jim that it would take 3-4 weeks until the cabinets would come in. He said that would be fine. As soon as the cabinets came in, I started the following week. And I finished the complete job within 7 days. New cabinets, granite, taking down wallpaper. Painting, new flooring, with sub floor, electric, and did sheet rock work in 2 other bathrooms and painted the bathrooms. I never told Jim I had my own dumpster. I told him I would haul it away every week. The reason I charged Jim $1,000 extra was for the extra work he had me do. Buy a microwave and install it. Do extra spackle work in both bathrooms. Remove toilets. Remove wallpaper the kitchen. All for the extra $1,000. About the tile, which I bought at Orlindini Tile, and they were not seconds. I have no idea where he went to look for the tile and could not find them. And he had me come back and do extra tile work at no charge because he wanted the tile to go behind the fridge."

"This job consisted of wallpaper removal, sheetrock work, and painting. Every day Dawn and her husband said they were happy everything is going good. They never said they were unhappy, till the last day. We worked 3 extra days on this project, and after we finished and I went to collect the money, they said they were unhappy, they thought we were going to skim coat the entire job. Not once during the entire job did they say that they wanted the walls skim coated."

Very professional, went above and beyond my expectations. Cleaned up area after each days work. This pro also replaced my deck, and I was so pleased with his work, that I hired them to do my siding. I have gotten several comments from my neighbors on how good my house looks. They will be the first contractors on my list for any future work. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Although the people involved were very nice the paint job was a mess. We had to do numerous touch ups, remove paint from areas where paint had splatted or got on fixtures and windows. Also they used our vacuum and hair dryer only to have them returned splattered with paint. The owner never followed up to see if we were satisfied. We felt as though because this was not an upscale job we were not given the satisfaction we deserved.
