We purchased a home in the beginning of August and by the middle of the month found what we thought was asbestos in the basement. 3D Environmental was extremely response to our initial inquiry on asbestos in the basement, they even had me text photos while we were on the first phone call for an initial assessment. The rep who came out was very straightforward and told us what was ok, what was minor and what was actually dangerous asbestos and even showed us where we had mold and didn’t even realize it. The company sent out 2 associates about 2 weeks later who spent 6 hours in the basement sealing joints around piping, removing harmful asbestos, and scraping the walls to remove the old plaster that had mold on it. I was nervous to go down the basement when they were finished, and was very surprised at the work that was done in such a short amount of time! Everything was taken care of and cleaned up and the two gentlemen even took an old carpet that was rolled up down there to throw it away for us. Very professional and friendly! The price was extremely reasonable as well. For an overall undesirable situation, 3D Environmental was a great choice to resolve our problems.

A good experience from start to finish. Not only was I contacted almost immediately after submitting a request for a quote, but Tom from 3D was able to come out to my property the next day to assess and give me a quote. From there, they were able to schedule and complete the work within a few days. While on site everyone was professional and friendly, and kept me informed of what was going on and what I could expect. I would absolutely suggest using 3D!

I had 3 quotes and they were all around the same price. But 3D was able to get the job done sooner. Although I was told a full day it only took them 4 hours. What I did not like was that from Friday afternoon when the job was completed and Monday afternoon. I received no less than 4 emails/ calls and texts to pay the bill. I understand they are a small business but that is excessive especially over a weekend. And I did not receive any testing results prior to paying the bill.

They were very knowledgeable and very accommodating with my schedule. They are also super friendly and take the tIme to explain things. I would hire them again if I had to!

My interactions with Tom Nightlinger, the founder and owner of 3D Environmental, and with the workers who came out to do the work, was a pleasure. Tom listened to my explanation of the problem and then offered a full explanation of his recommendations. The day before our appointment, Tom explained that he had a truck go out but rather than inconvenience me by rescheduling, he rented a truck so that he could complete the job as scheduled. His workers showed up and were polite and professional. They reviewed the work they had done when they were finished and left the work area clean. I would highly recommend 3D Environmental. They did good work at a competitive price.

I called Tom on a Thursday evening when it was clear that my basement had a problem. He called me back immediately and offered me a competitive quote and a promise that his team could do the work immediately. Two days later, his team arrived. They were prompt, professional, efficient and all around fantastic. I would highly recommend Tom and his team to anyone needing asbestos abatement.
