"In response To Ms. T's review, we provided different pricing options based on her request. She asked for a price on a small water feature as well as a price for re-grading the back yard. With these pricing options was a base price for installing a french drain, which was the option she chose.In response to the price being high, she signed a contract which stated the price. As a consumer, please discuss any questions about price during the initial phase of the project and especially before signing a contract."
