We are delighted with Rob Parker and the 3 professional, friendly young men he oversaw to build our deck. The work began on time and was completed before the scheduled timeline. Rob's skills and flexibility to upgrade the original plan with our consultation provided a better space flow and safety. Overall happy with the services. Ron attached the chandelier type ceiling fans however I would have liked him to attach the shorter extension and get back to me with prices for some other jobs that we discussed. He did not get back to me.

To start he showed up 1 hr late for the estimate. Unprofessional group of guys. Showed up with a few college age guys and didnt start until 9 am and left early everyday. Left them unsupervised causing costly issues. Very sloppy work. Didnt do ask discussed. Had to repeatedly point out the obvious issues. Son of owner had an attitude. Poor clean up effort at the end of the project. Poor attention to detail. Will never use again or recommend.

"I am very surprised by this review. I admit there were a couple mistakes made but they were remedied without extra charges. Some of the things they were pointing out were things that just were not finished yet. And yes we started at 9 and left around 3 or 4 but took no lunch breaks and finished the job ahead of schedule. The customer paid the balance and thanked me at the end with NO indication that they were unhappy, and no call telling me to come back and fix something."

Put up shelves in a closet to turn into a pantry. Confirmed the way I wanted the shelves placed, came out at an agreed time, and finished job in under 2 hours. Very friendly with my dog (who barks a lot), which was appreciated, and worked around me and my toddler too. Would definitely hire again!

Rob was responsive and took care of all of the permits and dealt with the building department in my town to assure the deck would be to code. I would recommend him and would hire him again if I needed something else done.
