3 Kings Construction is an excellent company with some of the best prices around. They were significantly cheaper than the other four companies that gave me quotes, while at the same time giving an equal or better product across the board with outstanding customer service. On top of all that, they have a lifetime workmanship warranty where they inspect, seal, and correct any other issues annually. They replaced two huge roofs in 1.5 days and did an excellent job cleaning up. They both looking amazing. I highly recommend this company.

They did not get the permits to do the job. A stop work order was placed on my door. Left my roof half open. Dodged and lied to me for days. Very unprofessional. After a week of this, had to hire another contractor. This was a nightmare!

I hired this company to roof my house, I put down a $4000.00 deposit. After they cashed my check I found out I had to cancel the job due to some family problems. Within 2 days the boss dropped off a check for the deposit I put down. This is the most honest company I have ever dealt with!!! Five star rating all the way!!!!!!

My wife and I decided to re-roof the house in the spring of 2015. We received 3 quotes from Unique, Noblesville Roofing and 3 Kings Construction. We were not not actually looking for the lowest price but rather quality work at a reasonable price. The owner of 3 Kings, Tom Crouse visited our home and performed a thorough inspection on the roof and from the attic. He was very professional, and his quite being the lowest was just a bonus. He explained upfront the entire process, cost, timeline and that is exactly what he delivered. The very reasonable price also allowed up to include new gutter and downspout replacements on our order. The entire project took 3 days but the results are outstanding. Another bonus was the work came with a full lifetime warranty. My wife and I highly recommend 3 Kings to anyone looking for a top quality roofing replacement at a reasonable price with the security of a lifetime warranty.

The owner came by to explain what work was necessary and how the work would be completed. We had bad weather and he called in advance to discuss options. The company did what they said that they would do when they said that they would do it. Did excellent work.

Very impressed with the owner, the workers and the work done. Questions were answered so that I understood what was being done and did not make me feel like I was a little old lady who was a bother. All involved were polite and friendly. It is a company I would recommend to all who need roof repairs. In spite of the light rain during clean up, they did an excellent job.

New Review - Not to Code (not even close) porch flagged by the county in the years since this original review was posted. Gave an opportunity to fix/remediate, but I believe the company decided to enter bankruptcy or shut down, and reopen years later after the owner tried a different venture for a few years. Heed this review as a warning. A low quote up front that is far lower than competitiors is likely littered with problems and high cost in the longer run. Lesson Learned. Original Review Below: We had a fairly difficult roofing project to get done - Paul's team did a great job getting the job done in a timely manner and on-budget. It is also nice to have a company available that can also perform other construction projects as we have quite a few more that we will be looking to 3 Kings to help us with.
