This company has been a nightmare to work with. They started our pool remodel in April and promised a 3 week turn around. It is now August. They have made many mistakes some of which we will just have to live with because they are not willing to stand behind their work. One area of our cement deck was poured incorrectly. Their suggestion for a fix was to just plant things in front of it to hide the bad work. The demo work also caused a crack in one of the pipes which they did not discover until after they poured the new deck. So now they have had to cut a section our of the brand new deck and re-pour it. The new pour in that section does not even come close to matching the rest of the deck. The overall look of the deck is uneven with some areas more rough and others more smooth. Their suggestion for that is to stain the whole thing!! The mini pebble installed looks blotchy and uneven. The pictures speak for themselves. If you want to avoid headaches, avoid 3M Pools.

A friend recommended 3M Pools for replaster, so I decided to give them a try. The crew was professional, finished everything in less than a week, and left the area clean. The pool looks great, and everything was completed as promised. I’m really happy with the results.

In a world full of unreliable contractors, 3M Pools was a breadth of fresh air. I hired them for a full 15â x 30â pool/spa install and they were amazing. Very good communication from start to finish and the work was very high quality. They are a reliable pool builder and they did a great job - would highly recommend!
