"I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the cleaning. We do try to give each and every customer the best services possible. When we arrived Dave showed us around and said he was trying to get things moved out of the house as there were things all over the place. We had to work around a lot of boxes and stuff both downstairs and upstairs. The cobwebs and dusting we may have missed a few but did the best that we could to get to all of them. We used a tall dusting wand for the cobwebs ( it can reach about 5' high) used it along the ceilings and walls. There were a lot of knicknaks on the shelves and some of those shelves had boxes in front of them so all we could do was run a swifter over the knicknaks and in between the ones we could reach (as I would not use my big dusting wand on those), dusted the TV and the receivers on the TV stand. There was a window above the front door that my duster wand could not reach to get those cobwebs as you would need a ladder to get those and we don't have or go on ladders. We did dust your blinds, and we did the best we could in the master bed room as there were stuff all over(dusted the best we could on the dresser with the TV). We did clean all the bathrooms. In the masterbath room everything except the toilet because it leaked and were asked not too. In your kitchen everything was moved off the counter to clean it, that took a lot of time. We swept, mopped and Vacuumed all the floors, cleaned light switches, outlets, dusted stair rails and wiped marks off the walls. As for the chatting we may have been carrying on a conversation while we were in the same area, but i we never stopped working and it wasn't the whole time and when my partner came to drop something off I did go out briefly to get it and put it in my car than came back in and went right back to work. Yes there are many things that need to be finished as we could not get to them do to lack of time and things being in the way. We would be happy to come back and finish when you are ready."
