Job well done! Courteous & professional. Well skilled!!!

it was good

Very professional and polite!

I hired Mark and Nate to repair a Fascia board on one side of home I just purchased recently. There was another area in rear of home/Roof that needed replaced as well after furthering looking into roof area. Mark and Nate completed the job and also some other big projects on the home ( Detached Garage Repair to structure , installed new garage door, and Service entry door, Removal of Old Sunroom, and Removed a 12 x 16 Shed/deck structure. There were other small jobs (Window Replacement) that I had them complete as well. I do not get impressed very easily but I am very happy with the work they did for me. I would recommend them to anyone, These two guys are fast and very good at what they do.

Roofing tear off and re shingle. Mark and Nate can do it all. Totally professional - reasonable cost, excxellent clean up. I will hire them again. Thanks guys!

Excellent work. I did hire them again. Highly recommend.

Mark was there within a day and finished the job and inexpensive too !

Mark and Nate are very talented contract professionals. We have had many projects done by them and very happy with each one. Recommend them highly.

Mark and his team did an amazing job! He took a 3 season room that could not be used and created a fabulous living area! Now our favorite room in the house. He also fixed things in the house and outside that others said were impossible to fix! He is honest, reliable, and accommodating! I would recommend him to anyone in this Bloomfield and Birmingham area! Mark and his team are not just handymen, they are reliable craftsmen! A must hire!

Mark did an excellent job. He was honest, professional, kept me informed, and did a quality job. I would hire him again.

Mark Hontoon of 3 Marks was cheerful & skilled. We went thru my condo a room at a time & he fixed each of my problems quickly & efficiently.

We needed our home exterior repaired and painted. We chose 3 Marks Remodeling. Mark Huntoon came out and gave us a fair quote. They started quickly, did an excellent job and cleaned up at the end of each day. We were very pleased with the results. They went above and beyond our expectations. We wouldn't hesitate to hire him again for our other projects. Thanks, Mark!

Reasonable, knowledgable, experienced

Mark was very professional, did all the work in one day. They did a great job, as I only talked to Mark on the phone, explained to him what I was looking for and he took it from there. Excellent work and I got what I was looking for. Great price and would highly recommend Mark to anyone needing to have a big project done. 3 Marks Remodeling can do much more than just handyman services.

They made me believe that good customer service is not dead. Once they started the jobs they stayed with them until they were complete. We had one weather delay and they communicated well with us to inform us why they were not coming out that day. We would hire them again.

A great choice if he or his staff are available. Two projects have been completed for me. I am trying to schedule a third. Good work ethic and quality of work. Also a fair price.

Mark and Nate were knowledgeable and helpful replacing a security light at the peak of our 2 story home, requiring a 28’ ladder. They purchased and installed the proper bulb, so at nightfall our home and grounds were well lighted. R. Thompson in Birmingham

Mark was very thorough and accommodating. He would do whatever we asked to make sure what he was working on would disrupt our schedule as little as possible. He explained everything clearly, showed up on time and did superior workmanship. He’ll be our go to guy for any future projects.

Mark Huntoon did a very good job for us. He was prompt, pleasant and efficient in his work, While he was here for this job, he helped level our freezer too. We talked about his work experience and have decided to hire him for a wiring project and take a look at remodeling our basement. Reasonable pricing.
