I strongly advise anyone considering hiring GX Electric for remodeling or any other services to proceed with extreme caution. Based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend them to others. Extreme dissatisfaction with the basement remodeling work carried out by GX Electric. The experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to provide feedback to prevent others from encountering similar issues. First and foremost, the quality of the workmanship delivered by GX Electric has been abysmal. Not only did they fail to meet basic standards of craftsmanship, but their negligence has resulted in significant damage to my property. Specifically, following the remodeling, cracks have appeared in the living room floor, directly attributed to the work completed in the basement. Furthermore, the lack of responsiveness and accountability demonstrated by GX Electric is utterly unacceptable. Despite repeated attempts to contact them regarding the damage and seek resolution, they have failed to acknowledge my concerns or take any meaningful action to rectify the situation. As a paying customer, I expected professionalism, competence, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, GX Electric has failed to deliver on all fronts. Their disregard for the integrity of my property and their unwillingness to address the issues they have caused reflect poorly on their business practices and ethics. I strongly advise anyone considering hiring GX Electric for remodeling or any other services to proceed with extreme caution. Based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend them to others.
